I wish they gave an FYI "others are considering your date, this is time sensitive". All their email responses just answered my questions clarifying the contract without a heads up regarding time sensitivity or urgency on their end-- I did not interpret this as repeat prompting. Unfortunately communication could have been better regarding any time sensitivity they would have appreciated from our end. Their service still seems good but communication should be improved!
