Called the next day and whoever helped was fine but just got a call back and they can't do anything for the damage because that's not in the warranty. So now 2k later I have a banged up table in bad condition from delivery that doesn't close. Absolutely pissed.

She assumed the wrong service I had come for. She also assumed, I guess, that with gray hair and a frumpy dress, that I was part senile. She was really breezy when she did not take the time to properly ID my item. She was really apologetic after her coworkers did her job for her. It's the attitude and the assumptions that got to me. He took one apart and showed me specifically to look for and clean out two holes (one being VERY tiny) on the needle valve. After searching, I found it and cleaned it out, and it started up right away! There is nothing like that kind of service at the box stores -- especially for small engine repair.

It was finally delivered in July, and we explained that the concrete slab we were having poured as part of our backyard project would not yet be done. No problem, we were told - and the hot tub was delivered to our garage. The delivery went smoothly and the delivery team was professional and helpful. They wrote on my receipt that a second move would be necessary so they could come ensure everything worked and all the features and processes explained (since we are new to this) once the pad was ready. When my project was completed two weeks later, I called to arrange that second move and was told "we don't do that" by the most unhelpful and rude customer service person ever. When I said - wait, it's written right on my receipt, you should have that record - he told me I was giving him "a little too much attitude for 9:15 on a Thursday morning." After he located the record that confirmed I was correct, (and after I picked my jaw up from the floor) he said "I suppose just because we don't normally do that doesn't mean we can't" - and he promised to have the delivery person call to set up a day and time. It's six weeks later and no phone call. Needless to say we had to pay someone else to move it for us and I figured out the system, chemicals and controls online. What a terrible way to reward someone who spent $12K with your company. The experience took the shine off the purchase for sure - and we have told EVERYONE we know who is considering a spa to STAY AWAY. And it's too bad, because it IS a nice spa....but wow. CAN NOT RECOMMEND - and I would NEVER do business with you again. Now I'm wondering who I can get to winterize it for me and reopen it without voiding my warranty - because no way am I putting myself through that again. I'd also like to add that this happened one day after a death in the family - so perhaps I sounded a bit upset - but regardless, that is no way to treat a customer. I'm just disgusted. Then, I reached out to their main office for customer service. They said they'd contact the Appleton store for a follow up. Two months later - not a word. In other words, no one cares. STAY AWAY.
