So be aware that even though you are not allowed to touch the tools and the only one with access to the cabinets is them, you are still responsible for there mistakes. They even walk the tools to the register just to hand it to the person working the register. So good luck checking the item #. Take the extra two minutes and go anywhere else. On the day of service, at 2:52 PM, I received another robocall stating the technician would arrive in five minutes -- not the customary 20-30 minute notice that reputable service companies provide. I immediately left work and called at 3:02 PM while driving home. The customer service representative told me she would contact the technician to let him know I was moments away. That call ended at 3:07 PM. Despite this, at 3:26 PM I received a call stating the technician had clocked out and would not be coming. From that point forward, I was given multiple conflicting and false explanations. First, I was told the technician had left my house at 3:12 PM, which is impossible -- I was home at that time. Then I was told he attempted to call me a second time from the driveway, which is also false. I have my phone records, and no such call exists. Had he actually called, I could have opened my garage remotely via my app. To make matters worse, this directly contradicts what I was told earlier -- that the technician was being contacted while I was seconds away from home. The lack of coordination, accountability, and honesty is alarming. This company wasted my time, disrupted my workday, and then attempted to deflect responsibility with inaccurate claims. It felt light and was several grams under what it was supposed to be. I put in for a return, and these guys cancelled my return request, and won't answer any of my messages. They refuse to give me a refund on my money. I just have to say, if this is a professional business, its being run very unprofessionally. For one, they should be embarrassed for selling a fake coin. Any LCS worth its salt tests EVERYTHING that comes thru the door. Their reputation counts on it. Well, I'd give a pass if this was their first mistake, but after reading some more reviews on Ebay, this isn't the first time they've sold counterfeit coins. Afterwards, I had concerns about how to properly clean the grate, as there was no accessible panel. A representative from Bob's confirmed that the grates are not removable and advised using a product called Nu-Calgon Evap Foam No Rinse to clean the condensing coil. Earlier this year, Matthew's Heating & Cooling inspected and cleaned my furnace. They determined that the condensate drain had not been installed in a workmanlike manner and strongly advised against using the cleaning product mentioned above (see attached report). To date, we have identified at least two furnaces that experienced this same issue. I scheduled a meeting with the condo board president and a representative from Bob's Heating. No one from Bob's showed up for the meeting. I would urge any resident living at Richmond Terrace to use another vendor when replacing their furnace.
