From the initial walk through to the final touch ups, this company did an outstanding job. Let me give you a quick overview of how easy it was to work with these contractors. First, the initial sales person, Michael, was incredibly knowledgeable and able to see the vision we had for the first floor. He took a good number of photos and then met with other project managers at their office. From here, we met with an amazing designer, Halley. She answered every question I had and promised me she would guide me along the way. I had some ideas, and everything I forgot, she gently guided to a solution. I was able to pick everything from the exact sink and faucet, to backsplash and flooring. The amazing communication continued throughout the project using an app called buildertrend. We knew when the contractors were arriving for each step of the process. We were also able to ask questions through the app and received quick responses. I did have a couple of change orders, and even those were handled seamlessly. My project has been done now for about three months, and every day I love seeing the finished project.

We hired them for a complete kitchen remodel, flooring, window, and railing after a house fire…read more Chad ripped us off and did shoddy workmanship. Nothing in the kitchen is level, counter tops already craked once. Kitchen cabinets were terrible. They were supposed to be custom Amish builet cabinets. The cabinets came in with sawdust under the paint and so many dings and dents. They weren't even the cabinets that we ordered. They hung the cabinets at all diiffernt heights in the kitchen. Not one thing is level. So many more things to mention. They put caulk over the entire backsplash after the original grout they put in failed and was failing out. Cracked cabinets during install and then "fixed them" with caulk. I aill attach the many pictures, We have given them 18 months to fix things they ruined and they are refusing to take responsibilty. Chad said he, "went above and beyond." Stay far away from these scam artists. All their good reviews are thier family/friends. The pictures were were shown beforehand, that they have on their website aren't even real kitchens that they completed. They also put dings into our new dishwasher with a ladder and refused to fix it because they had already replaced the vent hood that they dented. The floors were installed the wrong way and hav a weird metal transistion dtrip from the hall to the bathroom because they floor person started from 2 oppsites sides of the house instead of working only in 1 direction. It has been such a mess and Chad and Travis wont answer texts or calls. They also completely ignored us when we have asked for insurance information and the name of the "Amish" cabinet maker.

Menards what a huge store. They have been so great and helpful in material suggestions and how to repair the drywall and plaster that is cracking, splitting and not properly seamed, caulking nail holes, sealing gaps in interior trim and sealing doors to replacing faulty electrical outlets.

I made two costly mistakes: trusting the Google reviews and paying the balance before the project…read morewas fully completed. Three months later, I am still waiting for issues to be resolved, with limited to no communication from the company. Multiple doors and drawer fronts were manufactured in the wrong sizes and need replacement. Four additional doors were finished incorrectly. To make matters worse, the hardware holes throughout the project were drilled crooked, causing doors and drawers to be visibly misaligned. The installers were friendly, but friendliness does not make up for poor workmanship, lack of quality control, and inadequate follow-through on warranty and service issues. Had I seen a review describing these kinds of problems before hiring this company, I would have looked elsewhere. In my experience, the biggest issue appears to be the new ownership and the decline in quality and customer service that has followed.
