At the time, we were in the middle of construction on our home and made a last-minute decision to epoxy the garage floor. After watching countless YouTube videos, we briefly considered tackling the project ourselves. Thankfully, we came to our senses and decided to hire a professional. We chose Creative Epoxy Coating based entirely on their outstanding Yelp reviews, and they absolutely lived up to the praise. From the very beginning, the experience was excellent. Hany returned our call promptly, came out the very next day, and took the time to explain the entire process in detail. We immediately felt comfortable and confident that we were in good hands. Since we were on a tight construction schedule, they were also able to get us on the calendar quickly. They even gave us great advice on how to pack and store everything from our garage while the work was being completed. Our garage floor had been painted by the previous homeowner, so an additional step was required to completely remove the old paint before the epoxy could be applied. The project took about two days because of the extra prep work. Fast forward to July 2026, and the floor still looks fantastic. A couple of months ago, our water heater failed and left standing water on the garage floor. I was worried about how the epoxy would hold up, but it performed flawlessly--no peeling, no bubbling, no damage whatsoever. We've received many compliments from our contractor, family, and friends, and everyone is impressed with how great the garage looks. If you're considering having your garage floor epoxy coated, I wholeheartedly recommend Creative Epoxy Coating. Their workmanship, professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service were outstanding. This is one home improvement project we're incredibly glad we chose to leave to the professionals. I've added before-and-after photos because the transformation speaks for itself!

The owner Johnny was more concerned about social media hype than doing the job right. I gave them every opportunity to make it right. I paid $$4000 for just over 500 sf $8 per sf. They said they would make a small example piece for my floors. That never happened. The team showed up and did the floors it was nothing like I asked for see example #1 for what I asked for on the left and what was done on the right. It couldn't be more different. On top of the color/ pattern being wrong, it was bubbling up/ separating. Spoke the owner and they redid the floors, see example #2 to show that it was closer but still very different and also bubbled up and separated. Thankfully they came back to give it another shot. See example #3 to find what looks pretty good and the closest to the original design, until you look closer to see the mop lines and previous darker colors underneath showing through. See examples #4-7 . Once they came to do the clear coat they left the garage door open slightly and 8 mosquitos are now stuck in my floors see #8. The said they would come back and do the clear coat once my base boards were installed, which makes no sense since the clear coat would then get all over the baseboards. They then said I needed to pay for more materials in order to do the job right. I think This Bussiness had gotten so busy that the started cutting corners and the quality had suffered, if you're a barber, tattoo artist, auto detailer or just a home owner looking for a high end floor design, do your research and looks elsewhere.

I rarely leave 1-star reviews, especially for another local business, but after months of trying to…read moreresolve this privately and now receiving no response for over a month, I feel prospective customers should know about my experience with Evolve Epoxy. I hired Evolve Epoxy to install approximately 5,000 sq. ft. of flooring in my commercial automotive shop. I paid approximately $4.50 per sq. ft. for what was represented to me as a premium, high-solids polyaspartic flooring system. My paperwork also included a 10-year limited warranty on materials and installation. Within approximately three years, the floor had deteriorated dramatically. The finish became uniformly faded and worn throughout the shop, including low-traffic areas, and we experienced chipping and other areas of deterioration. The floor no longer looked good even immediately after professional cleaning. These floors were not neglected. We had them professionally cleaned monthly. When the condition became particularly concerning, my cleaner spent more than six hours pressure washing, surface scrubbing, degreasing and using an auto scrubber on the floor. It still looked faded and worn afterward. Steve has attributed the failure primarily to our use of diluted isopropyl alcohol. I disagree with that conclusion. The deterioration extends throughout the shop, including areas where IPA was rarely or never used. I have also spoken with multiple reputable flooring contractors who questioned whether diluted IPA would explain this type of uniform failure. More importantly, I was never warned when purchasing the floor that diluted isopropyl alcohol could cause premature failure or void the warranty. Had I been told that, I obviously would not have used it. I spent months trying to resolve this privately because, as a fellow business owner, I understand that products and installations can occasionally have problems. I wasn't expecting perfection; I expected the warranty to mean something when a problem occurred. Various repair solutions were discussed, including sanding/scuffing the existing coating and applying another product over it. Given that the existing system had already failed prematurely, I was not comfortable simply coating over it and potentially dealing with another failure later. I requested that the failed system be removed and the floor properly redone, or that my money be refunded so I could hire another qualified contractor. I have now gone more than a month without a response to my last email. I paid a premium price for a flooring system backed by a 10-year warranty. Roughly three years later, I'm left with floors that look significantly worn and a warranty dispute that remains unresolved. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Evolve Epoxy.
