For me personally, it's big enough to split, or to feed me for a whole day. While I loved the Big Kahuna, I'm not really a big fan of pulled pork. The third time I came in, I ordered the Ginger Beef. I liked it, but honestly not as much as any of the three meats that came with the Big Kahuna. The next two times, I ordered the large teriyaki chicken with extra sauce, to go. The flavor is basic in the best way possible. It's not necessarily interesting or innovative, but is exactly what I expect when I think of good teriyaki chicken. It's tender, flavorful, and perfectly charred. The pulled pork tastes like it was cooked in a slow cooker, or via some kind of process that took a very long time. It just falls apart in your mouth. The rice and mac are also plain in the best way possible. Traditional and plain, but still perfectly done. This has become my favorite lunch spot in Hood River. It's hard to not eat here every day.
