John went above and beyond the call of duty to hold GoDaddy's tech support' feet to the fire to get to the bottom of why I was unable to send and receive ALL my emails. GoDaddy disappointed here but John was persistent, and we finally made progress with the complicated creation of making SPF records and DKIM records that GoDaddy REFUSED to create!!! I asked why any server they maintain would have an SQL running that is over a year past End of Life and they said they are working on a plan to upgrade... a plan?? this plan should have been done and finished before the end of life a year ago...I pushed back and they just repeat that and say pay and upgrade to another server.

USE CONSTANT CONTACT INSTEAD…read more I did split off to my own personal account but was unfortunate enough to not have the foresight that I would not be with a company forever. After my email account was shut down, Mailchimp demanded verification through that dead email and Mailchimp Support Would Not Budge, nor help me gain access to my account. I have the correct username and password and they refuse to help! I maintained my email list in that account, and I have no other copy. My email campaigning is Ruined! UNACCEPTABLE!!! Frustrating and Infuriating!
