Unfortunately, the vents and/or install were not up to standard for my home as the vents continuously fell out leaving my home exposed to pest/animals, etc. After an attempt by a Pest X technician to rectify the problem to no avail, I contacted the regional manager Chuck regarding my ongoing problem. Upon contact with Chuck, I immediately felt heard and confident that he would ensure that my problem was rectified. So much so that he (Chuck) made a personal visit to my home to assess the problem. He found no termite activity and said the stair damage was from wood rot/water damage. I really appreciate the time he spent inspecting the house and explaining what he found, especially since he didn't charge anything for the inspection. What really impressed me was that he didn't try to push me into buying a treatment or maintenance program. He gave me some options for preventative treatment, if I so desired, but didn't push me to have anything done. Just said to let him know if later I decided I was interested in doing something.
