They came out and said they would not do anything due to it not being a colony. There was guano in several rooms in the house of multiple sizes. Two bats were visualized and let out the front door. I was hung up on several times with customer service, and I was laughed at by multiple service people. Now I am being told my contract warranty expired even though I have been calling for over a year. I am considering getting a lawyer involved because this has been a total scam.
