I logged in through your secure site using my credentials and that wasn't enough for you? Fine. I send the paperwork and they let me transfer money. Then they let me overdraw, no notice, no blocking transactions due to insufficient funds. Silence. My bad for not checking but they should do more to make sure we are NOTIFIED when this happens. I try to deposit a check using their app. It doesn't work. I want to close my accounts but cant until I pay the overdraft. I attempt to transfer money over from my other bank AND THEY FLAGGED IT AS FRAUD AND LOCKED MY ACCOUNT. So then I call them to get this resolved and they said the only way to fix it is to go to a branch and pay in cash. BS! They wouldn't tell me why they blocked my transfer and they wouldn't tell me why I would have to pay in cash. I filed a complaint. THE WORST banking experience I have ever had and I barely had these accounts open a month. They shouldnt be a thing. They are shady as H!

I understand there are different tellers/associates who focus on different services/troubleshooting but me and two other groups who were there before me sat for a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes before being helped after numerous groups who came in after were already helped. When I was finally called, the associate had me at her desk for less than 30 seconds then sent me on my way. I feel as though they could handle working through the sign-in list a lot more efficiently as well as general guest service guidelines.

I'm out of the country and because of their lack of communication, I am solely on the hook for a much higher interest rate. When a mistake is made, that's ok, it's life! I'm not unreasonable! However, when this is their mistake and they are threatening me and forcing me to do all the leg work when I physically cannot get to where they want me!
