They have a different section for little kids and don't typically let the older kids in the little section or the smaller kids in the other sections... so if you have a 3 and a 6 year old you kind of have to pick which one you watch. Was there for a birthday party the three guys at the counter were extremely rude and acted like it was a problem to serve the paying customers. We're told we couldn't bring pizzas in from somewhere else without a $50 charge then make u buy pizza from them for $30 a piece and all they do is call for pizzas to be delivered. The tables were sticky when we got there. For $700 you would think it would be better equipped for "parties" would never got back or recommend 0 stars!! read more

The park appeared very unkempt. There were multiple strips of trampoline spring covering that was coming off, hazards on the "obstacle course," and missing safety features. The water fountains were not operational. The only vending machine that sold water was not functional either. One could purchase sugary, energy drinks, but not water. Before committing to this experience, I checked in at the counter and spoke to Kayden regarding the price for the jump. He was friendly! However, after coming inside with my mother and young siblings it was clear quite quickly that the other young man working at the counter (not wearing a name tag) had no interest in being at work. He was not friendly and did not have my mother sign any type of waivers for my young siblings. The building smelled like sweat, which is as to be expected in such a business I suppose. However, the floors were filthy and 2 of the 3 party tables were dirty and no one was there anymore. About 30 minutes into being there, the employee not wearing a name was tossing trash into the van from the tables like it was a game. They cleaned the tables but left the floors full of trash and spilt liquid. Additionally, there were no employees monitoring the trampolines/ climbing obstacles. Considering the cleanliness of the area and lack of overall concern for customer safety, spending $30 for two kids to jump for an hour and a half was a disappointment. read more

I really liked this place. There are so many different areas to jump and I felt like kids were able to have plenty of space to do their own thing. Check in was really quick. I also liked that I was able to go on the platform area to check on them, even though I was not wearing jumping socks. Get Air is one of the most popular places in Lafayette to take your kids to play. Get Air offers a large play area where you can jump in to foam pits, play dodgeball, attempt a trick obstacle course, and more. The place may seem appealing based on the description I give you, but it is far worse. Let's start when you walk in. You are greeted with a very hot, smelly, and unsanitary facility. The employees lack masks and do not have any kind of Covid precautions. The floors are very gross and the carpet is not vacuumed well at all. The foam pit desperately needs to be emptied and replaced with new foam. Sanitization: 1/5 stars. This place is very pricey. I would not recommend going here if you are on a budget, especially if you have a family with a lot of kids. The party packages are abysmally expensive. The party area is basically some cafeteria-like tables crammed into the lobby. The merchandise is also unreasonably costly. Cost: 1/5 Although Get Air fails tremendously in the first two categories, I have to give credit where it's due. Get Air is very fun if you are a young kid not having to worry about the gross and pricey experience. You have an assortment of different play areas accommodating to the younger and older audience. The dodge ball areas is competitive and fun. The glaring issue with all of this is the lack of supervision. I can understand the lack of staff during a pandemic, but you have enough employees to have at least one person supervise the play area. Younger kids can easily get stuck and suffocate in the foam pit without someone watching. It is very unfortunate that they no longer have the supervising feature in their establishment when I went there. Entertainment: 4/5 Get air has a total score of 6/15, or a 2/5 stars! To summarize the place is very gross with an obvious lack of sanitation. The place is also very pricey with expensive hourly prices and party packages. I have seen the other reviews and allow me say my kids and myself have always had a great time there. It's a Black Friday go to for me and the younger of my two girls. However they aren't really girls anymore year after year it's much better than shopping! And it's ran well and safety is priority. I recommend the place! read more

Poorly run! We showed up at noon to celebrate a birthday and nobody was there and the door was locked. No sign on the door to state they had stepped out. Then another van full of kids pulled up and said they had been waiting two hours for the doors to open as well. The door says they open at 10 AM. We called the location and they had no ETA when the manager would arrive in. I'm sure they are understaffed like everyone but this is ridiculous. We've already purchased our vouchers online and will expect a refund if we cannot use them today for the birthday. read more

My son had a blast here at a friends birthday party. I like it better than places like jungle George's since adults can play with the kids. Also it's very clean (although we didn't use the restroom so idk about that) the staff was very nice and there were people dressed as referees making sure kids were following rules and staying safe. We love Get Air! During the summer my youngest daughter and her friend's were always at Get Air for the Friday & Saturday night "Club Air". All the kids loved jumping at night with disco lights on. We just had my daughter's 13th birthday party on a Saturday night from 9-11pm and she only wanted 6 kids to go. And her poor bf lied to her just to surprise her and melt her heart. Very busy for a Saturday afternoon. I took a group of 18 here from my church. Everyone appeared to have a good time. I took my group to sky zone in Indy last year and I feel this Get Air facility was a better layout because of the middle section obstacle course. The only downside was they needed more workers keeping everything under control. Kids were cutting in lines and running backwards through the course while two of the referees just stood around talking to each other. This place is perfect for letting out some energy and having a blast! They have a great selection of activities that of course include trampolines. The kids really enjoyed playing tag and dodge ball. They also have vending machines that provide snacks and drinks along with a photo booth and a hurricane simulator. The staff is so friendly and take care of you. They also makes the few rules and guidelines a priority so everyone is safe and can have the best time. Prices are very reasonable and their site offered a discount. Worst experience ever!!!! The new management is AWFUL! My sister n law was in there with my niece and nephew and overheard the GM speaking to what looked to be another manager telling her that she must be blonde and yelling at her for what other people are doing. I am going to assume the girl she was speaking to is also a manager by how she was dressed. Also, my niece and nephew were constantly being yelled at for every little thing they did. How are the children supposed to have any fun if they are constantly being yelled at? I understand there are rules and such, but standing there and constantly yelling at the children doesn't do anything except make people want to take their business elsewhere. Human Resources should really speak to all the employees and see how they feel about their new boss because she seems like a real piece of work and from what my sister n law saw, she treats the employees like dirt. Get Air needs to do something before this woman, whoever she is, runs the place into the ground. You don't get anywhere by treating your employees and customers poorly. read more

While my children enjoyed their time, I did not. There wasn't any appropriate seating for adults. I brought stuff to do and was planning on getting things done while I was there. I paid for the hour for both boys and they started. I headed to the tables and was told that I couldn't sit there because they were reserved for parties and they were scheduled back to back. There are four series of tabled and only one was in use. I want to see what happened and if a flock of parties arrived. The first party left and a second arrived. Still only one table was in use. Secondly, I asked for change for a $20 to purchase vending items. They didn't have change for on a Sunday afternoon. This was lost revenue as I would have purchased drinks for both kids but without any change I didn't. Also since I couldn't sit at tables and being board I would have played video games but couldn't because of no change. It seems like this business doesn't want me to come back.
