Horrible management and customer service. They give gift cards and coupon they don't honor. It's dirty, they don't clean.

Our favorite Friday adventure = Jumparoo at Urban Air…read more Every Friday from 10-12, they host a special event just for kids 5 & under--and it's seriously perfect for the littles. No big kids Never overly packed Fun "kid nightclub" vibe with lights + music There's so much for them to do: * Jump and play freely * Dodgeball on the trampolines * Ball pit fun * Balance beams in the foam blocks * Adventure center exploring * THREE different slides They even offer crafts, and the concession stand is open if you need a snack break. I love that it's ideal for kids who have just started walking--everything feels manageable and fun without being overwhelming. $10.99 per kid + adults get in FREE Such an easy, fun way to get energy out and make Friday mornings feel special

In an nutshell, Urban Air is great for kids and crazy/overwhelming for parents! My daughter had her…read more7th birthday there. She and her friends really enjoyed it. The party planning wasn't difficult and mostly through email. We paid extra for a room and honestly, I'm glad I did it! When it was getting too chaotic and loud in the play area, it was nice to have a place where it was a little calmer. It's easy to lose track of where the kids can roam and the ongoing colored lights don't help. There are so many things to do at Urban Air and there are also premium activities (which we didn't purchase). It is not cheap to book a party there and everything is an additional price. You get 2 pizzas and there is a capacity limit of 10 before you get charged for additional guests. Water bottles are included, but if you want other drinks, it is also a charge. My daughter enjoyed her party so much, but my wallet took a beating!

The staff is mostly teenagers but they were all attentive the entire time. You do have to purchase their socks but you can bring them back. It is about $20 for 2 hours of play. I am not sure how they enforce the time. However my 3 year old was ready to leave bc she was tired. I am not sure how clean the place is bc there is a ball pit and foam pit but it seemed clean. Adults can go in the first floor and the toddler area was great. The big slides were a hit but she was not into climbing any higher than to the slides. As it got closer to noon it was as busy and there were some kids that had no manners and did not listen to the staff. Can't blame that in the place but it did seem like a lot of people just let their kids loose in there and don't checkup in them. We will be back for sure.

The girl at the front checked the kids in and was very friendly. I found the prices to be higher than expected and paid a little over $37 for two kids to play... Upon entering the play area, There is a sweaty gym smell in the air and the floors were filthy! Two areas of play. One is for toddlers, though I saw bigger kids in that area so I'm guessing it's not enforced well. Then a second area for older kids with trampolines. I don't think I'll be returning for the price that was paid...

Outside the main play area there are several themed rooms and a quiet room to take a break. They have a kitchen area with coffee, hot water, tea, hot chocolate, and popcorn. There is an ice cream bar, but that was not in action. They have plenty of little and big tables for people to snack. There are massage chairs for adults (pay to relax) as well as various comfy chairs and benches to sit and watch. They have wifi. I am sure I missed some of the amenities. This is a great place to hang out and wear out the little guys. Staff is pleasant and the process is easy. Be sure to fill out a waiver before you get there to save time.

Within…read more30 minutes, I was at the register purchasing a $157 monthly pass (4 months) for the toddler area. I was impressed enough that I texted three friends photos, told my wife to start planning our son's birthday party here, and was actively asking managers about upgrading to full access because I had just discovered the larger "Adrenaline" area. For context: it's Indiana winter, it was cold, and I had a hooded sweatshirt on with the hood up because I was freezing. During my 2 1/2-hour stay, I spoke with two managers about memberships--neither said a word about my hood. While walking around trying to keep up my child, I heard someone off to the side say, "Take your hood off." I approached the man, who asked me politely. I politely asked why it was a rule. His response was shocking: "So I can see your entire face on my 50 cameras." This was 11:30 a.m. on a Friday, not a packed weekend night. I turned away to continue looking for my child, removed the hood, and muttered "whatever dude" under my breath. That's when the situation escalated wildly. He charged toward me, yelling: "I'm the owner--if you don't like it, leave!" I had already complied. That wasn't enough. He then shouted: "I'll give you your money back!" And finally said something that truly crossed a line: "If there are off-colored people with hoods up and we ask them to take it down, what would that look like?" I'm still trying to understand why race was brought into this at all. Let me be clear: * The facility is great for kids * The staff and managers were wonderful * We were not leaving anytime soon until this happened But the owner's behavior was aggressive, unnecessary, and completely inappropriate. A simple rule explanation would've sufficed. Instead, it turned into a power trip with racial commentary that had no place in the conversation. Rules are rules--but how you enforce them matters. I'll take the refund. And I'll take my business elsewhere.
