This tiny park is located on busy Gessner, sandwiched between two apartment complexes. It used to be a community pool, but it closed, and it was made into a park. The problem then, as now, is the lack of parking. There is no parking on Gessner. You would have to park on a side street south of the park and walk. Or you'd have to be one of the apartment residents. It's not a bad park, though. There are mature trees shading the playground equipment, picnic tables for the parents. The park is so small your child will never really be out of your sight. I seldom see any people at this park, even though there are loads of kids at the two apartment complexes. Still, in a busy city, it's always nice to have a park. read more
