I made an appointment with the director to visit the school. On the day of the appointment the…read moredirector was a NO SHOW, the school was closed and the lights were off. I checked my email several times to make sure I had the right day and time, which I did. I called the office numerous times and pleaded with an answering machine to get a call back. As I was walking back to my car frustrated and upset, a very confused person came out of the building. She claimed to be a teacher. I asked her for the director but she had no idea where the director was. I found this place to be very unprofessional. The director called me later and brushed off the entire incident - never apologizing for standing me up! The director obviously lacks concerned for other people's time. I don't want that type of behavior around my daughter when I'm teaching her to respect others and to apologize when she does something wrong. An apology would have been accepted. I'm an easy going person.

So my child was injured while attending this preschool and the lack of accountability that was taken by this preschool staff was absurd. I did not find out my child was injured until I arrived to pick up my son. when I asked why no one called me to inform me the excuse that I was given was "I forgot to call " my child comes to me face full of tears a front tooth missing and mouth full of blood and you Forgot to call me ? Then when I asked for the footage of the video the director tried to say oh you can't have that I said yes I can you will be giving me that video and I'm calling the police. one the video you can visibly see the teacher who is supposed to be supervising the kids on her phone taking selfies and playing on Snapchat so when I asked them what is going to be done about this everyone Is looking at me confused and the police said nothing can be done because there wasn't an assault mind you my minor child was injured under their care. the staff at the facility were condescending and didn't care And made the situation as if it was my sons fault and not the NEGLIGENT staff who was supposed to be watching him. there is also an indian teacher who works here who is racist towards african American children. more than one occasion this said teacher inserted herself doing something way above her job description and got upset when I myself Told her to mind her business, the head staff even told her on numerous occasions that she is overstepping her job title. I also have arrived to this facility and have seen mainly African American children with diapers full of urine and/feces and face full of snot and etc and when asked why the child looked that way there is never a valid reason. there is lack of competency and accountability at this facility it should be closed down truthfully
