I said "YEAH cus nobody else did & they been drinking out of dirty cups. That's nasty." He goes, "well we usually take the cups home every Friday & boil them & wash them". Oh okay so y'all only clean their cups once a week??? "Mrs. T" fired me because I called out sick twice & wasn't feeling well within my first week. Depsite the fact that we had a student that was sick earlier in the week. (Which was most likely a result of him drinking out of a dirty sippy cup). The preschool teacher also called out that 2nd day that I did...and that's why I was fired??? So you're understaffed, but you fire me because I wasn't feeling well??? Thankfully, I recorded myself cleaning the cups with week old food residue on them so if they try to lie, dassa dub. They're also VERY rough with the kids in the preschool class that I worked in. I've witnessed students being flipped off their cots to be waken up. I've even witnessed students getting "popped" by teachers out of frustration. Some of y'all from Breakthrough & RHS got kids in there so I'm really just tryna help fr. I stopped working there a month ago & didn't wanna shake the table, but what they're doing is not right. And they will not admit to any of these actions which is ultimately child abuse. I also know how messy you LI mamas are so send this to whoever you want. They have however reached out to DSS on multiple occasions instead of my wife or I to discuss his behavior. Today they decide to kick him out of their daycare and didn't have the courtesy to call us to discuss. We received a call from DSS to inform us of Boss Babies' call to them regarding his discharge. The lack of professionalism shown by the owner and her team of young and obviously untrained workers is truly disappointing and disrespectful. Obviously they are not very good at this choice of profession since they had to close their other location on Atlantic Ave in Freeport.

The curriculum grows with the children and encourages independent learning. The program is set up not only to enhance academic learning but healthy socialization with other children as well. The staff is a true family and treats every child with loving care and making them feel special and unique. There is always open communication with the teachers and the Director is friendly, professional and very hands on. This is the only program I would send my children to.

The directors love my children, the teachers love my children, and I trust that they are happy and safe there. I love that there is a curriculum, each week is a different theme. They learn Spanish and do yoga and exercise and learn the basics like letters, numbers, writing, etc. I love that there are cameras and you can watch what is going on throughout the day. Every teacher knows the children's names even if they aren't in that teacher's class. They take any concerns seriously. The facility is clean and neat and welcoming. No daycare is perfect, I assure you, but Lightbridge is perfect for us and I'm more than happy with the care my children are getting there.

His correct school is on a HUGE tag hanging off his book bag & the correct school is also on the tons of paper work we just filed to enroll him? not to mention we were charged extra for travel because of your mistake ?! If you drop off at 8am or pick up near 6pm, a gridlock often occurs where you're delayed by 5 mins to get in or out of the parking lot. During bad weather, if local schools are closed, you can be assured that Tutor Time is closed too. Any excuse to not open or close early, and they'll take it. On the positive side, we were fortunate to have several caring instructors throughout the many years we used TT for my 2 children (from 3 mos to 5 yrs). UPDATE June 2012: Had to take my kids out because they kept getting reinfected by a lice infestation at Tutor Time. Twice, my kids were sent home and NO LICE were found... only unviable nits. Misdiagnosis and reinfection had cost my family time and money. I dropped my review to 2 stars after this debacle. Update: June 2013: I understand TT has new management. Will give them TT a try again for the summer.
