I found a minivan and loved it but needed to come back the next day with my husband to make sure we both agreed that this was the minivan for us! The next day we pulled on the lot as the minivan was pulling off with its new owner. I vowed that if I ever went looking for another vehicle and found one I liked I wouldn't let the opportunity pass me up. Jake (salesman) was absolutely phenomenal at showing us other options and while we didn't buy a minivan from Boswell Honda, I was highly impressed of their care and dedication to customer satisfaction. Fast forward to October 2024 and my family is in the market for another used car. Well, we looked at all the Dothan and Ozark dealerships and I finally saw a car at the Boswell GMC. I called, spoke with Cory (salesman) who confirmed it was still available. We showed up, Cory was ready for us to test drive and answer all the questions. He was very thorough with his answers and was part of the deal for this particular traded in car. I let my husband negotiate, we reached an agreement, and then the Finance person came in to seal the deal. To my surprise it was Jake! Jake explained the financing process and told us it might be delayed due to it being after hours. I was very direct with the maximum monthly payment I would pay. The next morning I got a call from Cory with great news: the payments were lower than my max limit. There were a few other hangups that Cory and Jake worked out. I came later that day to pick up my new-to-me car! I highly recommend Sam Boswell dealerships! If you can go see Cory and have the opportunity to finance with Jake, you won't regret it! They care about their customers and making sure you drive off the lot in the car you want! Now present day,

They vary as to genres but overall quality of the musicians and sound is consistent. Mr. Mike, the owner, is often present and a super nice laid back guy. Melissa and the other bartending staff are very friendly and attentive. Smoking is allowed outdoors on the patio. Generally whether is packed or only a few regulars hanging the place is always chill. If you happen to hit a bad vibe night the stars are definitely unaligned because this place is a come as you are everybody is welcome kinda place.

I am very impressed with her professionalism & overall work ethic in finding us a home & also properly managing the home as well. She keeps both the renter & the landlord in mind which keeps everyone on the same page & happy. A lot of time when renting this is a big issue but no matter how big or small, she handled it accordingly to fit with our busy schedules. She is by far the best property manager I have had in since my time renting. Anytime there is a problem she makes sure to address it & is very accommodating in taking your needs into consideration when find a home as a renter. Coldwell gets 5 stars for Vicki :) !

They will also give you misleading information so that they can bill you for not notifying them in writing when you are moving they expect us to pay an entire extra months rent when they were notified 5 weeks before hand and notated it in their system but because it wasn't in writing we're screwed. They have no ethics or morals and are strictly out for money

After about a few hours he added Freon and we were told some bad news. He said he'll call the company for a coil that we need and let me know the price. We noticed a huge difference in our house now much cooler and we super appreciate him coming in a timely manner. If anyone out there needs someone to work on their air condition. The decided to repaint the entire house on my expense, despite the state of them when I became a tenant. Avoid renting here to avoid being overcharged and mistreated.

I was pretty detailed in what I wanted done. None of that was received by the service department and spent about 10 minutes discussing it when I arrived. I needed to drop my wife back at work right away and just made it seem inconvenient. Once I was gone the service adviser later called me and asked about random services that printed out with the sheet to get done. I.e.: engine coolant flush, replace spark plugs and replace fluids. Josh did a good job of catching these, otherwise I think I would have had some free fluid and plugs... The more baffling part is I never asked for any of this, and why would anyone do this at 60K miles? I have no issues with plugs, misfiring etc.... I would like the appointment people to care a little more about what I am saying and actually listen. If I have another experience like this I can take my business to Child's Automotive down the road, who will do the job better and cheaper (and oem parts if I want). Josh did a good job making sure parts were not put on without my knowing about it. Kudos to him for that. Edit: Upgraded my review to 3 stars. Josh in the service department provided 5 star service, but the extra stuff I didn't want with the miscommunication between the service and appointments department (perhaps they are the same department..) was not helpful. First time I met Dan the service manager there, he came off rude, this time he seems like a real nice guy.

The limb was strong and it was low. It made a cool place to sit, which is what we loved about it. Also, NO ONE asked my permission before cutting the limb so please don't make this like you were doing me any favors for cutting off a perfectly good limb that was a part of my tree's charm. When the work was done they left it much larger and never touched the sides, with we CLEARLY talked about doing. They have a lot of excuses and reasons why it wasn't done according to the pre agreed on contract, but, at the end of the day, it's over 8' tall and they never trimmed the sides. Now they want more money to come finish it. Pretty typical work these days, I guess.
