She is by far the best property manager I have had in since my time renting. They will also give you misleading information so that they can bill you for not notifying them in writing when you are moving they expect us to pay an entire extra months rent when they were notified 5 weeks before hand and notated it in their system but because it wasn't in writing we're screwed. They have no ethics or morals and are strictly out for money
