Not only do they serve our immediate Watertown/Oakville/Northern Waterbury communities, their work is outstanding, their service and professionalism is unmatched, and they stand behind everything they do. DO NOT GO HERE…read more Went in for a simple oil change and was charged for high mileage oil when my car has 28,500 miles on it. Then, as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot, the check engine light came on. Went down the street to AutoZone to have the codes read, all 4 cylinders were misfiring all at the same time out of nowhere. Got home and let the car sit for a few hours then popped the hood and checked the dipstick-oil was WAY overfilled and still dirty. Checked it again in the morning, same thing. Let the car run for a bit then checked it again, still high. Took the car to Valvoline, they immediately noticed that it was WAY too full and when they drained the oil, they found the old oil. This place literally just added new oil on top of old oil. Cleared the codes and the light has not come back yet, but I only drove it a few miles back home. Thank god the check engine light came on immediately or I would have been driving my car around normally and who knows the amount of damage that could have occurred.

By Tuesday, both tires were completely flat, and Valvoline's equipment couldn't even register the PSI. I had unknowingly driven the car for two days, including to work, putting myself at unnecessary risk of a tire-related accident. I brought my car to VIP in Londonderry, NH, where Allison and the installer were extremely thorough and professional. They explained that the valves should have been inspected and tested as part of the installation and quality-control process and quickly corrected the problem. I appreciate that Joe at the Waterbury location apologized when I called, but I feel this situation should have been taken much more seriously. Driving two days and then potentially 2 1/2 hours home with improperly installed new tires could have resulted in a serious accident. I hope VIP Waterbury reviews its installation and quality-control procedures to make sure this doesn't happen to another customer.

They truly went above and beyond when my Chrysler 200 wouldn't start. Eric came to my home to jump it, and when that didn't work, he and his associate even pushed the car out of my garage to make it easier for AAA to tow. The next day, they picked up the Cadillac, gave me a clear and honest quote for the brake repair, and thoroughly explained other items I should monitor and address in the future. They also printed out the recall information for the vehicle and, knowing we're new to the area and still learning the local roads, arranged for me to have the recall work done at a convenient nearby location. When I went to pick up the vehicles, both were ready at the same time and I was there alone. Eric immediately offered for one of his office staff to drive one of the cars to my home while I followed with the other and brought her back. The level of care and thoughtfulness made me feel like part of the family. It's so refreshing to find a family-owned business that genuinely values its customers and shows it in every interaction. The Quiet Zone has earned my complete trust and loyalty. I could never go anywhere else for my vehicle service needs. Highly recommend -- give them a try and you'll see the difference for yourself. Thank you to Eric and everyone at The Quiet Zone!
