Soooo I had to drop everything drive into Dubuque to correct the problem. Note: My time was lost and the extra expense of driving in. At the paint dept. the bald guy that messed it up the first time was there. Not one word of "sorry" by him was said. He's not the most pleasant guy. I tried to get Menards to throw me a bone for me for my trouble but it wasn't happening. Who ever that guy was in the paint dept he's not people person.

We see Dr. Connie and she is wonderful…read more One of my three dogs suffered some pretty intense injuries at a boarding facility and has required multiple visits a week for the past seven months. I have gotten to know the staff at Adams and they would go above and beyond for your pet. They are flexible with scheduling and fitting my dogs in for last-minute appointments when needed. My injured dog is not great with people, and everyone at Adams does a wonderful job handling him. I am so thankful for the work that they do and the excellent care they provide my dogs.

I fully trust them with my very active dog all day. The vets give great advice and know when an issue needs to be treated and when you can let it heal on its own.

First of all it took 4+ hours = Ridiculous Second of all - Sierra the Groomer should be Fired Finally, the MOD was a complete moron. We have a 2 year old Havanese and we were explicit of how we did NOT want him cut too short. As you can you see from the photo, he is almost completely shaven and looks terrible My wife was in tears picking up our dog and when she escalated the displeasure to the manager he did NOTHING. They even claimed we got the upgraded package with better shampoo and nail trim. Too bad he had nails done at the vet two days ago. All in All a Total Sham. The manager should count himself lucky I was not there to pick up the dog, or I would have taken the clippers to him!!!! Save your money and go elsewhere.
