Followed up by arriving to drop the vehicle off a day early as discussed and being met in the lot as I'm getting out of the vehicle with.."Can I help you?" "I have an appointment for tomorrow" "Oh yeah.." To them not even touching the vehicle till around noon the following day. 3 hrs later at 3pm received a call claiming to have wasted film because vehicle was in Valet mode. Even got "Don't you trust us!?" "Come get it!" I asked if it was done..and was told no. Just get it. All I could do is laugh at how unprofessional they were. Crazy thing is the Car still operates as normal in Valet. So have no idea what they had an issue with. It's a hybrid and These vehicles record everything now on apps. Doors open and close, windows up and down. Don't bother wasting your time as I did. ..take it some place else.

He came out promptly to fix the seal & promised a new windshield if there were anymore issues. Isn't the right size, my parking pass can slide ALL the way down the dash into that space between the dash & glass, that didn't happen with factory glass. Now it's leaking again & I can't get anyone to return my calls or Yelp messages. I even paid a large tip. This "business" is a scam and owner told me he's bound by a non-compete with his previous employer 1/2 way through the install.
