Yes, the justice system does work from time to time... Anyway, Barreto's did a great job and since then I found that Dings and Dents Gone has taken over the shop. Although they are new to the location you can tell they know how to run a business and take care of their customers. My 2021 Cement Grey Tacoma was side swiped by some punks on bicycles and I was worried about rust developing since the scratch broke beyond the clear coat. This required painting two door panels along with color matching and blending the new coat with the original. Not an easy task, but one that a professional shop is expected to perform at a very high level. After a short wait period, my truck was completed at a very fair price and with a professional touch. The team here is great from top to bottom and I hope they have continued success. It's great to see a business deal with transparency and have pride in how they treat customers. After two weeks of this they said they would call me. I waited another two weeks before calling them back, just to have them tell me they forgot and to bring in my truck on Monday. I brought it on Monday at 9:00AM. Expecting it to be there a couple of days when at 3:00pm they called and said it was done. I paid to have a water leak in the cab of my truck fixed. Went home tested it and it leaked. Call them back and was back to the old schedule. To make a long story short I fixed it myself. They were to seal the seam under the cowl. There was no sign they even pulled the cowl and definitely no new seam sealer. I would not recommend this shop.
