I've had CRPS, osteoarthritis, multiple herniated discs both cervical and lumbar and chronic migraines. In short, I'm a hot mess. I primarily see Dr. Nasser and NP, Amelia Campbell and their attention to my concerns and thoroughness has been incredible. When I was in PT trying to avoid spinal fusion, I mentioned how painful it was, I know PT can hurt, I've had both hips and knees replaced. However, when I told Amelia I was leaving PT crying she sat me down and encouraged me to remember that while it can be uncomfortable, what l was experiencing could be doing more harm than good. She also said it could just be a bad fit and maybe I could see a different provider as there are many approaches to PT. The extra ten minutes she spent with me helped me remember to self advocate. Anyway, she cared and her advice was very helpful. The office staff are efficient, friendly and kind. In all the years I've been there, they've only run behind one or two times. I highly recommend them.

Zeroed in on my neuropathy then started explaining about a very expensive surgery that is covered by medicare! Stike two! Then sent me to another room to fill out more paperwork. Wanted MRI of my spin, see a phycologist, Ekg, all of this as I was soaking wet! Not offer a gown or anything to get warm! Strike three! Not impressed with this place at all. To clarify I was getting injections at this place and last year it was reasonable at 200 dollars. I know insurance changes etc. But 300 dollars for 20 minutes of sedation just seems extreme. Also, they did not even seem to care about withdrawals. I honestly thought this place cared about me and my health but with their lack of communication and setting me up for surgeries that I wasn't even privy to just sounds bad in my head.

They requested a mri and reviewed my images and scheduled me for what I thought was stem cells but the day before the procedure Dr. Morris made mention of treating my blood and injecting it into my injured areas. I told dr Morris that did not sound like stem cells and what he was talking about. I was already hyped about getting stem cell treatment and was excited about results i was hearing. He told me oh well this is vcell therapy and its new but we are seeing very good results even better than stem cells. I reluctantly proceeded to allow him to do the treatment. The cost was over 7 thousand dollars and after consulting another stem cell doctor he informed me that i had just paid for a overpriced prp spin off. He recommended i confront Dr Morris and i did just that. I told him i was not happy that he mislead me into doing v cell treatment. He agreed to do the actual stem cell therapy at what he claimed was his cost. The day of the procedure i was instructed to fast. I was getting a combination of a IV treatment of stem cells and a additional iv therapy they recommended and stem cell site injury injections. During the iv they asked me to stand so I could be moved to another station of the office. I told the nurses I did not feel well and they persisted to stand me up to move me. When I tried to stand i immediately passed out and fell backwards to the floor striking my head on the ground. I still was in the middle of stem cell iv treatment and im not sure if they removed it or it was ripped from my arm during the fall. I woke to the nurses holding my legs up. I had a abrasion and lump on the back of my head and was very dizzy. They asked if I wanted to proceed and dr. Morris made jokes that if I didn't he would charge me for more stem cells since he had already thawed out some for my procedure and they could not be re-frozen. He claimed he keeps them in his office which was also a red flag as other doctors I had inquired with mentioned they have to be stored at a special facility and are delivered the day of procedures. I told him I wanted to proceed but when i layed on the table face down to have the spine injections done my nose immediately began to bleed. Dr Morris then called emergency services. I told them I was dizzy and lethargic and they checked my blood sugar and said it had fallen dangerously low. They gave me glucose and got mt blood sugar up so they released me back to Dr Morris care. He said we could not proceed with the injections and I would have to come back at a later date. Dr Morris put his profit over my best interest and what I initially requested. My injuries have not improved since the stem cell procedure and I question weather i was administered the complete treatment due to the passing out and head injury i suffered. I recently requested my medical report wich they kept trying to email me quick notes. I had to demand the entire report with nurses notes. In my report dr Morris mis stated that my fall was " assisted". He also put in my report that I requested to stand up because my back was hurting. These are not just false facts but outrite lies. when i called in and confronted him about the incorrect documentation he claimed i was lucky i didnt hurt one of his nurses when i past out and fell! I also noticed that Dr. Morris went through my chart on Jan 28, and edited the day of the incident. When i called for the original documents the office staff claimed they were working on retrieving them only to wait over 2 weeks for them to tell me to have my attorney contact them. Now i am contacting the medical board and seeking legal means to recoup losses and damages. I would strongly advise anyone with similar experience to contact medical board and seek legal counsel immediately. I strongly advise against seeking treatment at this practice for the dishonesty, unprofessionalism, breach of duty and malpractice. I am currently filing a civil judgment against Restore health and i have filed a complaint with the medical board. Anyone who has had similar situations with this business i suggest you do the same. If you try to look up his business with the corporations commission it also shows his business is inactive? This is more red flags

The billing department is atrocious. They have sent me 2 first time bills this t year. I was a patient here for approximately ten years before the practice broke up. I had a different…read moredoctor and two previous physician assistants prior to the break up. Dr Boyaji took over the Mesa office and that's where I chose to stay due to the location. He is a kind, caring and very smart doctor. The physician assistant whom took over care wasn't as thorough as the previous one, taking just a minute or two for a telehealth visit. My problem began around October 2024 or thereabout as pharmacies were beginning to have problems filling pain prescriptions. This office will not allow you to fill before your very last day and mine always fell on a Thursday. Couldn't call the pharmacy till Thursday to find they didn't have my drug available! Then it was up to me to call pharmacies to find where it was available. This office closed early on Friday so if you couldn't find the drug, you have none till usually Tuesday and as a pain patient, this is unacceptable. It happened 4 months in a row either the RX was sent to the wrong pharmacy, sent to the right pharmacy with the wrong amount of days, ten instead of 30 and it was just a mess. I finally asked to speak to the office manager who then told me to find a new doctor! She said they had other patients and weren't sitting there waiting for me to call with my issues or they weren't going to call my pharmacy to see what other medications they could prescribe instead. How's that for helping a long time patient? Half their staff left during 2024, three of them confided in me it was due to this office manager. After years of being a dedicated patient, I couldn't believe I was being told to walk. Oh, and in December, the doctor had a Telephone call appointment with me and he too was upset with me saying I had bothered his staff. I have no clue what was put in the notes but when you take pain meds twice a day then run out from Thursday through Tuesday, you too would be upset. I felt like nobody cared about me, although I tried to keep my cool yet still be firm in my calls. This all said, the doctor is still a VERY good doctor. He needs to do something abt his office manager because I have seen reviews elsewhere that I'm not the only patient she told to leave! She is losing his patients for him.
