To clarify I was getting injections at this place and last year it was reasonable at 200 dollars. I know insurance changes etc. But 300 dollars for 20 minutes of sedation just seems extreme. Also, they did not even seem to care about withdrawals. I honestly thought this place cared about me and my health but with their lack of communication and setting me up for surgeries that I wasn't even privy to just sounds bad in my head.

I've had CRPS, osteoarthritis, multiple herniated discs both cervical and lumbar and chronic migraines. In short, I'm a hot mess. I primarily see Dr. Nasser and NP, Amelia Campbell and their attention to my concerns and thoroughness has been incredible. When I was in PT trying to avoid spinal fusion, I mentioned how painful it was, I know PT can hurt, I've had both hips and knees replaced. However, when I told Amelia I was leaving PT crying she sat me down and encouraged me to remember that while it can be uncomfortable, what l was experiencing could be doing more harm than good. She also said it could just be a bad fit and maybe I could see a different provider as there are many approaches to PT. The extra ten minutes she spent with me helped me remember to self advocate. Anyway, she cared and her advice was very helpful. The office staff are efficient, friendly and kind. In all the years I've been there, they've only run behind one or two times. I highly recommend them.

I was Not only person who came in soaked. Signed in asked for paper towels so we could dry off. Told NO as she poined to a box of Kleenex!! This was strike one. I sat in wet clothes and shoes for over 2.5hrs. Met with Dr Ray who didn't even look at my feet or do the pin test on my feet! Zeroed in on my neuropathy then started explaining about a very expensive surgery that is covered by medicare! Stike two! Then sent me to another room to fill out more paperwork. Wanted MRI of my spin, see a phycologist, Ekg, all of this as I was soaking wet! Not offer a gown or anything to get warm! Strike three! Not impressed with this place at all. I ended up sick for over 10 days. Called and cancelled everything with them. Horrible place

I had a very disappointing experience at this office…read more Before my appointment, I called to ask if I could be billed later for the visit, and I was told that it would be fine. Based on that information, I took time off work and kept my appointment. When I arrived, I was told that I could not be billed later and that the information I had been given over the phone was incorrect. I explained that someone should be held accountable for giving patients inaccurate information, especially when patients take time off work based on what they're told. When I said that whoever gave me the incorrect information should be corrected so this wouldn't happen to other patients, the front desk employee suddenly handed me the phone and said, "Here, you talk to them." I declined because it wasn't my responsibility as the patient to confront or correct another employee. I was simply asking the office to address the mistake internally. Instead of acknowledging the error, I was then told, "You can always reschedule," which was not a solution after I had already made arrangements to be there. After my payment was made, the office manager came into the testing room while I was with the technician. I tried to de-escalate the situation by saying, "I'm sorry, I wasn't trying to get upset or mad. I was just told this over the phone." She replied, "I don't want to get mad either." I perceived that comment as threatening, which is why I responded, "Is that a challenge?" As the patient, I found the interaction intimidating and inappropriate. I reminded her that I was the patient and asked her to leave so I could finish my appointment. I do want to point out that the technician who performed my VNG test was professional and courteous. My concerns are not with the technician but with the way the front office handled the situation. Based on my experience, the front office demonstrated a lack of training, professionalism, and accountability. While I was there, it also appeared that other patients were experiencing issues with how the front office was handling things. Mistakes happen, but professionalism is measured by how those mistakes are handled. Unfortunately, instead of acknowledging the error and working toward a resolution, I left feeling dismissed, intimidated, and disappointed with the overall experience.

I didn't sleep most of the night to prepare for this appointment, only to be called at 8am that day that they had no technician scheduled, and that it would need to be rescheduled to later in the week. This rescheduled appointment was cancelled for me last minute as well, so I sleep deprived myself twice for no reason. Both times this should have been communicated to me sooner, before I had already struggled through a full night of little rest.

Amazing group of professionals First, the initial consultation/assessment is extremely well done- Doug had prepared for my first appointment by knowing my current situation, had reviewed my xray and images ahead of time and got right to the assessment. Doug's in-depth knowledge of how to treat my joints, muscles, tissue and major spinal hardware and the interconnections with my knees, hips and back following my recent back surgery was impressive to say the least. He comes up with a personalized action plan and we jump right in and get to work. The staff was/is amazing - showing how to do exercises, walking me through the ways to protect my current physical limitations while also motivating me to feel my body 's reactions to the exercises. The variety of treatments (love the warming up with heat blankets/pads!), needling, compresses, stretches and exercises shows that this is not your typical Physical Therapy Clinic!
