I ALSO brought an eco watch originally bought there to have recharged and reset and take a link out and they couldn't get that fixed either! So, I'm out a watch AND my wedding ring. I took both to BRAND Jewelers in the Deptford Mall upstairs outside of Macy's. We are talking circa late '90's! I got a GORGEOUS engagement ring that looked like a big solitaire, but was actually a princess diamond with two trilliants. It has a thick gold band (because of my big fingers). I used to get compliments on it like crazy! I LOVED the ring and it still looks great 23 years later . . . Unfortunately, I got divorced seven years later. My engagement ring will go to my daughter (thankfully I only have one!). Over the years my mom and I have bought many gemstone rings, necklaces, and earrings from Helzberg. We're both very happy with them (still). Recently, I've perused Helzberg's website and have my eye on a few of the Disney (I'm NOT a "Disney person" - go figure) inspired rings, esp the black stone ones.
