Not a lot of staff around but it's more of a help yourself type of store with all the sizes available in arms reach. It's a pretty good shoe store with good deals and a large selection of items to choose from.

I thought a Nike store would be the perfect place to shop! Boy was I wrong! A service rep approached & I advised that I needed runners. He asked about the type of running and if I ran in the beat up old slip-on Sketchers I was wearing. I didn't know what to say except, 'No, of course not.' He then told me I had two options in the whole store, After trying on the 1st pair, I expressed dissatisfaction, asking what other options I had & he handed me a box for the second pair. He recommend the cheapest pair a few times to the point that I told him price was not a problem. I was willing to spend more money for the right pair of shoes. He disappeared after telling me there were no other options. Disbelieving, I went to find him to ask more questions, but after we made eye contact & he walked the other way I decided to grab a box & try another pair by myself. I chose not to bother him anymore because it seemed that a bunch of the guys liked to hang out together behind the shoe racks where they were not easily seen or found by customers (or their manager, it would seem). It was at this point that service rep Logan found me and we were able to discuss my needs & he made some recommendations. Logan was great! To the point that I found someone else to tell about my experience & share how much I appreciated his approach. I didn't end up getting anything, and found a pair of Nikes at a different retailer a few doors down. They didn't get a 1 star rating because of Logan & because it looked like they had a decent selection of cloths, although I didn't look hard because I'd had enough. Tip for the retailer if they read this: do some customer service & sales training. I was ripe to buy & some clues would have been the other bags I was holding from other stores, my advice that money was no object & that I was training for a run. I was there to buy, not browse & it was a missed opportunity.

I mentioned I have a medical exemption and I couldn't wear a mask in their store and they allowed entry and I didn't receive any rude stares or glares from the staff which always happens at stores. She then assured me that I shouldn't feel bad for not being able to wear a mask because it was nice to see a customers smile. She was so helpful and I wish nothing but the best for her!
