Between buying a new Liv for my wife, gear, factory ordering a new Reign 29er, to some service work as well, these guys are awesome. Graham and Andrea, the owners, are always in the shop working directly with customers (not behind some desk, or in a back office). Good thing she didn't steal anything. I went to the leashes since I lost her usual one. Their price is not bad compared to other pet store. In calgary I have seen the same leash for 25 bucks there it was 20. Since I was there....it was a good buy. The clerk is very helpful. Gave my Bailee a treat. I was in the Source today trying to see why my WIFI wasn't working. When I tried to explain to one…read moreof the gentleman that was working there that my WIFI wasn't working, all he told me was "there was something wrong with that place's WIFI but told him there were a few places I drove to and ALL their WIFI's didn't work? He didn't even try to troubleshoot or make an attempt to help. I suggest the management better hire staff who are a little more empathetic and help people instead of just sending them away. Being a manager myself in customer service, listening skills are very important and at least try to resolve the problem instead of sending the customer in their way as if they felt they inconvenienced you. Very poor service guys and I will not be doing business here ever again. I will let my friends and family know about the horrific experience I had at this location!
