I was excited to go in & replace my old Nike running shoes as it was long overdue. I'm prepping for a race & didn't want to leave it much longer. I thought a Nike store would be the perfect place to shop! Boy was I wrong! A service rep approached & I advised that I needed runners. He asked about the type of running and if I ran in the beat up old slip-on Sketchers I was wearing. I didn't know what to say except, 'No, of course not.' He then told me I had two options in the whole store, After trying on the 1st pair, I expressed dissatisfaction, asking what other options I had & he handed me a box for the second pair. He recommend the cheapest pair a few times to the point that I told him price was not a problem. I was willing to spend more money for the right pair of shoes. He disappeared after telling me there were no other options. Disbelieving, I went to find him to ask more questions, but after we made eye contact & he walked the other way I decided to grab a box & try another pair by myself. I chose not to bother him anymore because it seemed that a bunch of the guys liked to hang out together behind the shoe racks where they were not easily seen or found by customers (or their manager, it would seem). It was at this point that service rep Logan found me and we were able to discuss my needs & he made some recommendations. Logan was great! To the point that I found someone else to tell about my experience & share how much I appreciated his approach. I didn't end up getting anything, and found a pair of Nikes at a different retailer a few doors down. They didn't get a 1 star rating because of Logan & because it looked like they had a decent selection of cloths, although I didn't look hard because I'd had enough. Tip for the retailer if they read this: do some customer service & sales training. I was ripe to buy & some clues would have been the other bags I was holding from other stores, my advice that money was no object & that I was training for a run. cheap promotion with small letters. We bought $320 so if we spend another $30 we can get an $75 gift card, but we asked 3 times for extra conditions... She replied no extra Requirements... We travel 35 minutes to spend the $75 gift card... as the cashier told us .... but now as we never read the small letters we suppose to spend $150 to get those $75... and we discuss we the managaer and I ask for an extra discount over the disagreement he fire me from the store and told me that he was calling Security RCMP and national Army.... Check the prices and promotions... as most of the workers are untrained and dont really know what they sell... and promotion must have to many small letters read more

I bought a jacket for my bf way before Christmas for Christmas, one he has had his eye on. Christmas Day he opened it and tried it on and it felt big. The price tag said medium but the inside jacket tags said large. No big deal I have the receipt so I could take it back and get the right size. We go there yesterday and they were sold out but before they could tell me they were sold out I start getting accused of changing the tags! Saying "our employees do not tie tags like that" How does one change tags? I was livid, I love the brand Nike but have never been treated so badly just for wanting to exchange a size. But since they didn't have our size I had to get my money back and then I was shorted $75. I asked why I'm getting less then what I paid and in the end they gave me a full refund.
