I was looking for a kind of specific type of boot, and *finally* found what I was looking for at SoftMoc. So I went in and asked for a size 6.5, and the sales associate said half sizes weren't available. That's fine, I asked for a size 6 instead. Then the sales associate said, "you know, sometimes our feet aren't as small as we'd like people to think they are."
That's right, the shoe store lady condescended me regarding my shoe size.
Then she went and brought me a size 7 anyway.
So I try on the size 7, and - surprise! - it's too big.
I ask for a size 6.
Sales associate disappears for some minutes, then returns to inform me that there are no size 6s left. I ask if she can check at another store. She says she's busy with other customers, and can I come back later?
