Came in on a weekend and the store was not busy and found it cluttered with very little sizes left if- you are a M or L you will most likely not find what you are looking for in terms of the trendier items. I personally do not purchase items for myself here buy my teens do and often times they have 50% off sales on their merchandise which is why we popped in. They carry a decent selection of skater type clothes and items like skateboards, longboards and accessories but find their clothes are such poor quality that they immediately discolor, shrink or just look cheap despite the price, some items that are not on sale like their moto/cargo pants and hoodies can run about $50. After digging around my son found a khaki type moto pant that he liked and it was in the mark-down area for 50% off the regular price, basically the sale price was about $26. Husband cashes out with son and meets me at another store where he tells me that he was charged $56 bucks for the pants. I knew the pants were marked down bc I asked a staff member to clarify which ones were on sale, he indicated that the pants on the tables all were, great, fine and dandy. We go back and I now want to return the pants bc $56 for a pair of nothing burger khakis for a 13 year old who mostly wears athletic clothes isn't worth it to me. We go back and they younger staff members at the till get flustered when I show them the mistake and they both at that time immediately say well we have a strict no return policy so you can't get your money back. But you made the mistake and these are not this price, why can I not have my money back we were literally 3 stores away, not like these pants left the mall, I say. One of them calls a "manager" or "supervisor" on the phone where she doesn't even come to acknowledge us and says basically give them the difference back only but that's it. Initially they wanted to give it to us in a store credit but I said no and bc I don't even want the pants anymore that it should go back on my card. I guess they never do these types of price adjustments bc the staff member had difficulty processing the transaction and we were asked a bit of personal info which I don't like when it comes to credit card stuff. Finally after killing 20min of my day I get back the $26 with hardly any apology. Fast forward a week, my son wore these pants once and they shrunk about 20% no hot water, no drier either. Where are they making these clothes??? NEVER AGAIN. read more

This place is a joke. There fitting rooms are closed due to covid, I fully understand and agree with their decision. However, there policy is exchange or store credit only. How does this make sense? I bought pants for my son, he tried them on at home and decides he doesn't like them. We go back to the store but we don't want to buy something else that doesn't fit right.
