Extremely good quality Italian cuisine near the downtown Palma area in Mallorca - definitely…read morerecommend as a nice change-up from the traditional tapas and seafood options that are prevalent in Mallorca. The bread is served with incredibly fresh and delicious olive oil (which we were told is sourced directly from the owner's farm), as well as hummus. We started with an appetizer - Aubergine (Eggplant) Caponata with Raspberry and honey which was topped with a Quail egg. Very fresh, and the flavors played together perfectly. For entrees: We shared the slow-braised Veal Cheek cooked in red wine (which was a special) and a pasta dish served with asparagus and pancetta in an incredibly rich and creamy saffron-infused carbonara sauce. Both were just as delicious as they sound. The location is small and intimate, but not cramped. We really liked the open-kitchen concept, able to see the kitchen staff in action and getting a sneak peak at all the dishes that were coming out. Wine prices were pretty standard, and service was definitely above average from what we experienced in Mallorca. The prices were middle of the road, leaning towards the more expensive side. But portion sizes and taste absolutely justified the price point.

The menu is eclectic with items ranging from thai noodles to steak to pizza. Everything is very good though and best part - its very affordable! An entree is around 12 euros. The staff is also very kind. 2 Things - make a reservation because their space is so small. Also, they are closed on Mondays.

My experience was great and from the tasting menu, there was only 1 tasting I didn't enjoy- but my husband did. I thought the chef tied the courses very well and was creative with Spanish flavors from the region. I would absolutely recommend eating here especially on the outside terrace. Their menu seems to change frequently based on what is available but on a high level, expect every course to be crafted with local ingredients. Reservations open 6 months in advance so make sure to plan it out early! Starting with Mallorcan appetizers, a tuna bite that was super delish, potato salad in a crunchy shell, and a red shrimp tart that tasted a bit too briny. Then they bring out a whole tray of bread with their in-house olive oil The oil is so fragrant and good, you can't help but CONSUME. Our first dish was a beautiful (peeled) ramallet tomato served with grilled strawberries and green tomato juice. This tomato was so sweet we thought it was soaked in syrup. Turns out they're just that sweet A gorgeous red prawn that they behead in front of you. Super interesting bc they use a French press to juice the heads and make a broth! Fish course is always my fav A beautiful sea bass with meunière sauce, poached spinach, and pine nut stew. I loved this. The soft nutty pine nut flavor worked very well. For the main, started with the tenderest piglet shoulder ever with crispy skin & celeriac puree. We were stuffed after this so the lamb course felt quite daunting. That being said, the lamb skewer was my favorite It was so juicy and delicious. The tenderloin was also good but it was a leaner cut which felt kinda heavy. Great accompaniments tho, I do love a parsnip puree. The parsely emulsion was shockingly bitter, thought I was eating grass, but it did a great job to cut through the meaty flavors. Honestly, felt bad bc we barley touched the second piece so I think they could reduce the portions. To end the meal, a pre-dessert with carob and date bread. Flavor wise, there was too much going on with the fennel, orange sorbet, and some kind of pistachio sauce, so it was kinda confusing. The final dessert is very exciting and hands on They bring out latex gloves and a beautiful bowl of chocolate(?) lemons filled with creme anglaise. You throw it at your plate and enjoy it with fennel foam and honey ice cream. Super light and the citrus flavor was a great finale Overall, this was such a feast so I think you would do better ordering the 7 course or a la carte. Not only are the portions huge but each course comes with side dishes so be ready for it. 10 Course Tasting Menu €200 내가 마요르카 온 이유 비행기 표 보다 먼저 이 식당을 예약했다.

For an allergic person like me it is quite a sad change in the rules). For tapas, we chose a seasonal tapa of fried (in olive oil) artichokes with a dollop of whipped mascarpone (5 out of 5). Breaded Chicken hamburger with goat cheese and tomato was a disappointment. Very thin piece of chicken, deep fried ( ie very dry), the only tasty piece in this burger was a slice of warm goat cheese. It came with old, dry French fries. Hamburger was a little bit better but still.... ( 3 out of 5 for burgers). Service was 3 out of 5, it took us some time to get attention of a waitress to take our order, it was obvious how they were avoiding eye contact . With plenty of restaurants in Santany I don't think we will come back to this one . Over all, 2.5-3 out of 5

I did find, however, that all the food was very average so I'm not sure why I am unimpressed, since most of the guests seemed to like the food (both American and European). I ordered the smoked salmon salad, and we shared patatas bravas and fried squid. I liked the fried items just fine (fried food is always uniformly winner) but my salad was unimpressive. Found some wilted greens (but this was guaranteed in all my salads) and flavor was just so-so.
