Prices are variable -- while some items are quite gourmet (small package/high price) I was able to select some delicious & well priced items for beach picnicking. It's really well stocked with supplements, grains and seeds to pack yourself, lots of condiments and also a good selection of gluten free stuff. I found my favorite hummus - from florentine - the best store bought hummus I've ever tasted... And organic. Also found Mepfel - a mixture between horseradish and apple - from Zwergenwiese.... And next to the cashier they have this thin chickpea bread with sesame seeds... Oh so very delicious! Prices are ok and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Can highly recommend it!

Update: They now have some 'trial' hand-held menus available and I've uploaded a few. The deals are only shown on the sign outside. The cafe is really small and cute. It seats around 10 at the tables inside, a few at the bar inside and there are two tables outside as well. Inside they tend to play relaxing music, jazz and things like that which gives the place a calm and classy atmosphere. It's also well located too - its right at Placa del Mercat near the 3, 20 and 15 bus stops (and others too). Drinks-wise, there are some really tasty smoothies made with organic fruit and vegetables, the owner makes a great (in my opinion) ginger and lemon water and there's also black tea and coffee at reasonable prices. Food-wise, there's traditional Spanish bread with whatever you want on top of it with olives, 'overnight oats' (which is very filling even though it looks small - you should definitely try this), and everything on the menu that you can see from the pictures I've uploaded. Even though the food looks small, it's delicious, filling and homemade. The big winner for me was the Fideua stand, which is kind of like paella, but with vermicelli noodles instead of rice. I had a surf & turf option with chicken and seafood, topped with mayo and cuttlefish ink sauce. It was delicious, perhaps the best meal of my entire trip. Another day, I went and tried a bunch of tapas, which were also good. I'm knocking off a star because of the dessert options. The dessert station is secluded in the back. It included a bunch of fancy mousses and cakes in the french style, but I didn't see any traditional Spanish items there.
