The pizza is excellent. I stopped in as a break from my long drive between Va Beach and Pittsburgh…read more I was a bit put off by the Sheets-style approach to ordering but that is the new low-service experience of the 21st century, I guess. They should eliminate the tip option on the screen--who am I tipping, why? Anyway, I ordered a supreme. It was good, but I should have replaced the black olives with jalapeños. The crust was light and crisp. The sauce was perfect--not too sweet! They bring your order out from the kitchen in good time but the rest is self-serve from there. After receiving the meal, I the hostess (I think the owner) walked through the half filled dining room to ask customers if things were good. Good customer service. I only wish they would reconsider there use of plastic to-go containers. Use cardboard or aluminum--it fits the town and recognizes the times we are in so much better. The plastic containers aren't even recyclable (#5). I can't imagine they are a cheaper option, but even if they are they can't be that much cheaper. I guess supply issues that I don't know of could be a barrier, but in a day and age in which Amazon will deliver anything anywhere, I can't accept it not being an option out of hand.

Surprisingly good. My brother said their subs are delicious too. A unique feature they have is self-pour taps. Pick which beer you want from multiple selections and fill 'er up! "A cool brewery in a nice quaint area that is close to the interstate for fast and easy access to a…read moredelicious beer and surprisingly good food." When me and my girlfriend take road trips or mini vacations we try to hit up every brewery in that area and/or surrounding areas. On a recent birthday trip to Rocky Gap Resort that my sweet and beautiful girlfriend arranged for us we stopped in here during the early evening last week. As we pulled up I liked the whole aesthetics of this place. So we walked in and the place was pretty busy for an early Sunday evening but I believe it was because of the musicians that were scheduled to play. I noticed a lot of cool metal art which I later found out the owner created. That's awesome! We immediately walked up to the bar and ordered a couple of beers. - Shanty Irish Red Ale for my gf 4/5 - Iron Bird Hazy IPA for me 5/5 As we were enjoying our beers the people next to us received a food order and I looked at my girlfriend and said that pizza looks good. She replied, You want me to get us one? I giggled because she is a foodie like me lol. So we looked over the menu and decided on a 10" cheese pizza with mushrooms & jalapeños and a small order of chicken bites with honey mustard. So after about 10 minutes our buzzer went off and my gf walked up to get our food. We really enjoyed every bit of the pizza and chicken bites. Thank you! - Pizza 4/5 - Chicken Bites 4/5 While we were eating our food there were two people who started playing music and this is why this place gets 4 not 5 stars. Not because the musicians weren't good but because a place this size should never have people playing music so loud that you can't even have a normal conversation without saying huh or yelling. One of the two owners came over and asked if I'd like another beer and I could barely hear her and then the other owner came over and introduced himself to us and talked to us for about 5 minutes or so about the brewery, business, art, etc. and we could barely hear him and some things he said we couldn't make out, which sucks because I would have loved to chat with him without a loud distraction. Seemed like a very interesting and knowledgeable man. Next time my guy. Listen, I'm a huge brewery person and this brewery has great vibes and everything you could want to enjoy while visiting one but having musicians with amps blasting inside no longer makes it what makes breweries great and then turns into a bar. The whole reason of going to a brewery is to enjoy good beer, good food, and good conversation and that's impossible with music blasting. You can either be a bar or a brewery but you can't be both. Light music or acoustic would be much better in my opinion and my opinion should matter because I've been to hundreds of breweries across the United States. Either way the beer was good and the food was too. We will be back soon. Thanks for creating a nice and welcoming space. Sláinte

What a great place to come back to. We came on a Sunday, there was one tv with a game on, but no…read moreone cared. The music was playing and it was upbeat and talented. I've been here a few times before. My wife and I fell in love with this place the first time we were here. The owner is personable, friendly and enjoys his work. You can tell by the way he carries himself. And his wife is right next to him. With her own smile. All that said, the real reason for coming is the beer. This place has much to offer. On the menu are a Belgian white, a seasonal lager, Kolach, Hefeweizen, Irish red, stouts, IPAs, and a porter. I ask you to find that much of a choice in any other brewery and walk out angry. It cannot be done. For today I had tastes of the pumpkin, harvest ale and lager, before settling on the lager. TBH we came for the Hefeweizen but they just ran out. If you are looking for a brewery stop in please, and leave me a response.

It is not cheap, but it is worth it to us. Each pizza is one size and will serve 2 people. The menu is very limited beyond pizza. This is an example of picking one thing and doing it very well. The kitchen is tiny, and seating is very limited so we always take the pizza home. They are closed Sundays.

We are not from the area, and I have some definite food allergies (simple pizzas are typically…read moresafe...) and so each dining experience is completely unique and occasionally challenging... But...Oh my gosh! This was one of the best wood fired pizza's we've had in years! Excellent sauce, phenomenal buffalo mozzarella, fresh basil, tomatoes and onions! Be still my heart! Husband added some feta! So good! And the Greek Salad was fresh, perfectly balanced with a tasty dressing! We we served by one of the owners, (my chemo-brain has already lost her name...) who was so kind, friendly and accommodating that we felt as if we were regulars. There are only three tables inside, with lots of dining outside... We ate inside, at the center table. We could watch the pizza making process from our table, which was very interesting and nice. They made the end of a Birthday getaway a success! If you're looking for a delicious pizza with a terrific salad and a wonderful team, this is without a doubt, the perfect place to eat while in the Lovettsville area. (Forgot to take a photo!)
