We live in an older, historic home and wanted an updated kitchen that still felt like it belonged in the house. The KDO team understood that from the start and helped us choose cabinets, countertops, lighting, and hardware that worked beautifully together. Having their guidance made all those decisions much less overwhelming. The finished kitchen is beautiful, comfortable, and so much easier to use. We love spending time in it and would happily recommend KDO Kitchens to anyone considering a remodel.

What really stood out was their efficiency. They finished the project much faster than we expected and kept everything moving smoothly while still delivering great quality. Dee and Koral also take real ownership of their work. They stand behind what they do and don't disappear after the project finishes, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. They were always available, helped us with the design, product selection, and purchases, and made the whole process much easier. Their entire team is professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The experience was smooth from start to finish. Sunny estimated his guys could get the job done in 10-12 business days. They got it done in 9 total days. Sunny thought some of my floor tiling might get destroyed and might have to get replaced when his workers demolished the shower. Instead they demolished the shower and had everything out of the house for trash pick-up in a few hours without scratching a single tile on the floor. His team constantly exceeded expectations. They showed up on time every day and worked almost non-stop until the end of the day. At the end of it all, the quality of work done by everyone on the team was top notch. They were able to make our vision a reality, and they did it at a pretty fair price. Anyone looking to avoid a contractor horror story with their remodel should call Perfect Remodeling.

The work was done fine, but it was after the payment was made. The shower was leaking and I pointed it out to Edgar who said that it's a defective shower, so I had ordered another one and waited. Not only the shower was leaking, there was no hot water. He had mentioned that he will have to break the wall, this and that. After almost two weeks of going back and forth and my grandma not having a working shower, I ended up calling up my plumber who fixed the issue. The issue was with workmanship and where the installation wasn't done correctly. After paying the plumber $300, I finally get a message back from Edgar saying that he is sending someone and since this isn't a workmanship issue, I have to pay him $300. So pretty much, the job done was fine, but the mess I had to deal with after paying him was not End of the day, my grandma suffered and I had to spend additional $300 to fix a workmanship issue caused by Edgar and his team.
