I'm since I was a kid, I've always wanted a Range Rover and I made a commitment to musket that if I was in a position and the situation right that I would have one. Jamie went over and beyond to accommodate my purchase and even accepted my pre-approved excellent rate with my credit union. I purchased the vehicle prior to Christmas, and there was a delay with me taking the vehicle home, since my credit union was out of state. After several days of waiting, Jamie took the lead and pulsed some strings so that I could take possession of the vehicle early which made this the best Christmas present. He had no idea that by doing this for me, I was able to take the Range Rover on a ski trip in NC right after Christmas, which wouldn't have happened but for his decision to go over and beyond. Purchased an SUV, i knew what i wanted, i was not a hard sale, nor am i a difficult person to work with. I live South carolina i drove all the way to this dealiship for 1 specific SUV. The car has an issue where the it jumps randomly into emergency transmission mode it even happend when my sales person Jamie Crawford when we were in the car together. I did not make a big deal about because it did not seem to affect the driving. They sent me on my way with a 45 day Temp tag. Over the next 45 days i recieve no permanent tag or registration. I call them they tell me they sent it to my local dmv. I go to my local DMV and they don't have it the system. Come to find out they mailed my paperwork for the registration and 43 DAYS AFTER i drove off with the car. Which is not nearly enough time for my local dmv to recieve and process it. So i have been driving around with an expired tag and registation for the last 3 days and i PAID THEM to take care of this for me. I called the location with my complaint was told the manager would respond to me. 8 hours later i have recieved no response. This is ridiculous and HIGHLY inconvenient. I Paid $188 for tag and title fee and $600 for this NITRO bullshit for what?!! to drive around with an expired temp tag?! read more

I bought a car from Georgia Auto World on August 13, 2025, and as of today, it's been over 75 days -- yet I still haven't received the title. Under Georgia law (O.C.G.A. § 40-3-33), dealers are required to apply for the title within 30 days of sale. That deadline came and went with no action, no communication, and no accountability. Without the title, I cannot legally register or drive the car. Despite repeated calls, Jamie (sales) has stopped responding, and Eric (manager) has offered no resolution -- just empty promises. After reading Yelp, I realized this isn't just me -- multiple reviews mention missing titles and ignored calls. That's a serious pattern. I've filed complaints with the GA Department of Revenue and Attorney General. Buyers beware -- once they have your money, you're on your own. read more

I was overall happy with my experience. After taking the car I was interested in to the mechanic, I found out the brakes were going to need a repair soon. Georgia Auto World went ahead and fixed it as part of the deal. They also removed the door guard. There was initially a bit of pushback with removing the door guard under the handles, but after talking with another sales person and the manager they were willing to make the repair. I never felt pressured to make a purchase and nothing was hidden from me. This place is pretty good for a dealership and worth visiting if they have a car you are interested in. read more

Looks like some bad reviews on here, but we had a great experience! Our family had a rough 3 weeks looking for a used van, and this spot was a breath of fresh air. Victoria was very kind and professional. There was one issue we found with the van on our first visit, but they had it resolved within 24 hours. They were also willing to stay open for us an extra 2 hours on a Friday night so we could come complete our deal after work ended for us. She had the paperwork all printed out ahead of time just in case we were ready to buy (I was clear that we were already very interested.) The whole purchase process took less than 45 minutes and we walked out the door in no time. Smoothest experience I've ever had buying a car. Highly recommend! read more

Jamie the sales guy is fantastic. No real pressure from him whatsoever. He let me take the car to get it inspected at an auto shop which I appreciated. The low rating is mainly for the lack of attentiveness in their inspection. The inspection I paid for uncovered a few big problems with the car that would push it over what the car was really worth. The fact that this dealership was ignorant to those problems and was not going to tell me and only offered to fix it after I told them that those problems were found shows that they are indeed just looking to make a sale and keep their costs as low as possible. That's honestly what I recommend. Taking whatever car you find here and paying the $100 to have someone thoroughly check it out and do your research on the car you find. With these guys it's a lil shady when it comes to the car history and them not being transparent even if the car has a clean Carfax. No I did not buy from here. I bought my teenage son a used vehicle from this place early January 2020. Since then we have had issue after issue with it. To top it off my license plate was supposed to be mailed to me before the temporary drive out plate expired. It did not. I spent the most of the day calling about it and trying to get someone to give me an answer as to where my license plate was. Finally a lady admitted to me that the reason I never received my plate is because this dealership failed to have the emissions test done on it before they sold it to me which is against the law. I was told to take the vehicle to have a emissions test done so I can get a license plate from the tag office. Currently at the same time I'm waiting for the vehicle to get emissions checked I'm sitting here writing this review. If they tell me it will not pass emissions my next stop is to a lawyer's office and then to the Better Business Bureau's office. What a joke this place is. We bought a car from them about a month ago. The first time I drove it in the rain, it was raining in the car! A six hour drive with it raining was awful. We called them. They said bring it down they would take a look. So we made the 2 hour drive they said it was the sunroof tubes that needed to be cleaned out and said they "fixed" it. It rained again and the next time I went to get in it there was mold all over the car! My daughter is severely allergic to mold. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. We wasted so much time and money with them. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Their finance people are also shady they told me to tell the bank I made more than I did and that the car came with all sorts of upgrades that it did not. The worst private Dealer!!! I would not recommend purchasing any vehicle from this business/dealership. You are rushed into purchasing a vehicle, rushed to sign all the paperwork and the rushed out the door. My sales rep was amazing and she did a wonderful job, but I can see why she is no longer with the dealership. In purchasing a luxury vehicle (Range River), you would think that they would advise you properly with warranties and guarantees. But after purchase a couple thousand dollar warranty, you receive no information when you need to utilize it. So I have called the finance manager, Mike, no retuned call. Every time a call was attempted, he seemed to always be with a customer or gone out of the office for the day, and it's 11:00 am?! Not sure why the only finance manager is constantly out when he seems to be the only one on staff. I was placed on hold for more that 20 minutes, then hung up on. And then having my calls screened and no one pick up. Called from another number and got an answer....? I have went to the dealership personally, to at least talk to someone and possibly get some help, but apparently Mike is the only one who can help you, and his is not there as usual. After numerous emails and messages and walk-in attempts, there is still no communication. After 3 weeks of still no response from the finance manager or any representative that could help, you can obviously see that there has to be something "shady" going on. I only know now that they are not placing the warranties but lying to the client and pocketing the money and then avoiding the client when Information is need on the warranties. After being patient for long enough, I recommend going to the BBB too escalate it to a third party that will help buyers from businesses that are conducting bad business like, Georgia Auto World and its staff. I recommend taking business to a more trust worthy dealership, if you want good business with some integrity. read more

Earlier this year I bought a 2010 Honda Odyssey from your business, and from day 1 there has been this loud noise coming from the underside of the car whenever we drive, initially when i brought it back in you guys told me it was just the sound of the car and i thought nothing of it, after getting the tires replaced yesterday the mechanic at the auto shop told us that it was not nothing and was in fact the bearings and its going to cost about $1,000 to get fixed. First I would like to say i am dissapointed that either i was lied to by your staff, or that this was simply just your mechanics not looking close enough because i know enough about cars to know that this is a HUGE safety issue and this is the car my wife drives my kids in EVERY DAY! Can't say enough positive things about the experience I had at Georgia Auto World. I went to look at. 17' Camry for my son I found on CarGurus. The salesmen,Jamie, was straight forward no BS. Car was exactly as advertised. No nonsense negotiation, quick and painless. Iwant to take the car to my mechanic, no problem. I wanted the gas tank filled, no problem. Run, do not walk away! Sales team was wonderful with callbacks about information on the car we were looking at - a Volvo convertible with 50,000k miles and a clean Carfax. We were assured the car had been fully serviced, was in great condition and came with a maintenance free warranty. And even though the car did not come with a 30 day warranty like some used car dealerships, we were ASSURED that if we had any problems with the vehicle in the weeks that followed our purchase, they'd have our backs. What could possibly go wrong, right? We purchased the car for cash on April 25th. By Wed. May 1st all the tire sensors went off in the car and we found a growing bulge in one of the tires presenting a safety issue when driving. We replaced the tire, and I called the "we have your back" dealership on May 2nd. I was told "the manager would get back with me." On May 8th, I contacted them again and was told to bring the vehicle to them to replace the tire at their cost. I reiterated that because the bulge in the tire compromised the SAFETY of the car and we had already replaced it. I was then told they would send me a PREPAID VISA CARD. The next day, May 9th, the convertible top began closing improperly from the inside. I was promised a callback by the mechanic. No callback. By May 15th, still less than 30 days after purchasing what we believed to be a particularly clean, low mileage older Volvo, we were told the mechanics were short staffed and we would receive a call the following week with an appointment to bring the car back in. It is now May 31st and we have received no callback, no mailed pre-paid VISA card and texts and phone calls are largely ignored - other than the occasional "we'll get back to you." I understand full well that we bought a used car. I understand the problems that sometimes come with those purchases, but we have bought many used cars with zero problems and we were assured by the low mileage, clean Carfax, and their word that everything in the car checked out and if there were any problems shortly after purchase, they would take care of them. Don't be fooled by the smiling faces trying to get your business. Once you sign, you are ignored or lied to outright. I'd report them to the BBB, but they chose not to be bound by the consumer constraints placed by that agency. I'm now going to check to make sure the Carfax report we were given was not falsified. Was told my 2016 Mazda3 was well inspected and in mint condition. Low miles, body clean, a couple scratches but they agreed to take care of them. Issues with fan blower and dashboard lights not working intermittently. After 3 trips back and forth, and being provided a dirty loaner car, with writing all over driver side window, those issues seemed to finally be fixed. The brakes were shaking so they said they'd repair them as a courtesy. It's NOT a courtesy when I was already told the car had good brakes, tires, etc. The brakes are now making an intermittent clicking sound that was NOT present until the so called courtesy repair. However, we felt that since it is specified in the dealer paper work, under the 'WE OWE' section that Georgia Auto World Marietta would provide the necessary part and install it to rectify this issue within 30 days. Now it is 14 days later and we are still being told that the part has not been delivered yet. Give me a break. This sounds so fishy to us, because in this day and age, no reputable on-line supply company takes 14 days to ship an order out to a customer. We feel like we are getting the runaround and believe me it is not a good feeling. Michael D says 'they care only about the sale and that's it'. We are beginning to feel the same way, because not once has anyone returned our calls to explain the delay and offer any alternative solutions. We are the ones who have to take time out of our day to call and ask what's going on. All the while the 30 day clock is ticking.
