Accident reported 2 months after I bought the car from 2 years before I bought it go to another dealership

Jamie is a crook and I know they pressure you to leave good reviews before you leave I myself got pressured into it! Just keep looking this dealership is NO GOOD!

    2007 350z

I got my 350z from them in great condition, there wasn't no hassle at all with them and I actually felt welcome. I actually had rude interactions with people coming to get cars wanting it their way and not wanting to negotiate how normal civil people do, if you come in with a positive attitude and actually have patience then you will have great customer service they are busy people so let them do their work and you'll be satisfied!

Failed Emissions Test. It is against the Georgia state law to sell a vehicle from a car dealership without a Emissions Test !

From the beginning, we were told the car had undergone a 10-point inspection and that a few dings on the side would be repaired. Within just a couple of weeks, multiple warning lights appeared--including low tire pressure, worn-out windshield wipers, low windshield washer fluid, an overdue service notice (-139 days), and a "check forward safety" light. I made four separate trips--each over an hour away from home--to have these issues addressed, and only a few were resolved. Today 3/6/2026, when I returned to have the safety light checked, I discovered the hood latch was completely missing. At that point, I was done. I spoke with the finance manager, Chris, to ask whether I could receive a refund or exchange the vehicle. He told me they do not do swaps, only trades. I selected another car priced exactly the same--smaller, even--and was then told it would be treated as a trade, costing an additional $3,000-$4,000. Absolutely unacceptable. The dealership took no accountability for selling us a faulty vehicle, and I am deeply disappointed and hurt by how we were treated. Their focus seems to be on profit, not customers. Please do not waste your time at this dealership. They know the situation is wrong, yet all they agreed to do was replace the hood latch. gave me a half tank of gas, washed the truck, and then told me to go to a Hyundai dealer for the safety light diagnosis--which would cost me another $200. They would not give me anything towards it. SMH Please note: This is NOT a one time incident. There were several dissatisfied customers there today. After further assessment, the vehicle was found to have impact damage which was not disclosed to us. My attorney has been contacted

Jim Stevens was terrific throughout our multiple visits--polite, professional, and never pushy. He was always accommodating with our requests and incredibly helpful. There was also a minor existing issue with the car, which Brian and the service department resolved promptly as soon as we brought it to their attention. Malones truly has a great team, and the entire environment is low‑pressure and stress‑free. We'll definitely return when we're in the market for another car. Thank you!

I am about to share all the details of my experience with Malones Automotive, which I strongly…read moreadvise against due to the unnecessary hardship I endured. My primary concern was purchasing a vehicle outside of a Mercedes dealership, as I have always been cautious about buying non-CPO vehicles from dealerships that do not stand behind their products. On June 6, 2024, while serving as a Family Nurse Practitioner, I was involved in a severe accident caused by a seizure I had while driving. I lost control of my Mercedes C300, hitting a tree and two other vehicles. Because I was at fault, I cannot seek compensation for my medical bills or injuries, although my insurance covered the damages to others. I was surprised to learn that someone at Malones, who saw me in my wheelchair before I paid cash for my vehicle, was aware of my situation. As a dedicated professional, I work hard to provide for myself, and someone else paid for that car. The accident, which was my fault, turned into a life-threatening crisis. I was found unconscious in my vehicle with critical injuries. Mercedes responded immediately, calling 911 and locating me via Mercedes Me, which detected deployed airbags. I suffered a left Tension Pneumothorax, requiring emergency chest tube placement, along with fractured vertebrae (T7-T10) causing paralysis from the waist down, a traumatic brain injury, spleen rupture requiring transfusions, a lacerated kidney, abdominal hematoma, and multiple broken ribs. After four months in the hospital, I was discharged to begin a long recovery, focused on regaining independence as a disabled person. Having dedicated nearly a decade to my nursing career--earning my RN and then becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner--I am determined to walk, drive, and return to my profession. Transitioning from a compassionate healthcare provider to a spinal cord injury patient has been challenging, but I refuse to give up. Despite having a seizure-inducing medical condition, I remained resilient and was confident in my ability to drive again, choosing a used car from Malones that could accommodate a hand device. This was the sole reason I selected Malones, but it turned out to be one of the worst financial decisions I've ever made. Tangie Wells MSN, APRN, FNP-C

They showed me the car and let me take it for a pre-purchase inspection and test drive. At no point was there any pressure to make a purchase. After I decided to buy the car, the purchase experience was straightforward. They wouldn't move much on the price, but the car was priced at market value, so that is understandable. The car I purchased from Momentum Motorcars had a broken stereo/nav system. At the time of purchase the dealer promised they would get it fixed (verbally and in writing). It took two trips of a technician out to my job and one trip to the dealer to fix, but true to their word, it was fixed at no extra cost to me. Overall I would buy a car from them again.

Also I received a few pictures. Car is beautiful don't get me wrong but all 4 tires had BELTS/WIRES showing on them. If I made the trip to drive and look at it, there is no way I could have made it home. I had it enclosed from Georgia to Nebraska. As everyone knows, these tires are not cheap as I am now up to $3k out of pocket to get this solved! They reimbursed me for $1200 which is completely not fair.
