Keep in mind this rating is for the pharmacy not the grab and go store experience. On this particular evening l, I can see 8 active pharmacy/ techs working the general rx pick up area. On average, each patron was spending about 10-15 mins troubleshooting a pickup. Why??? Overall, it took me 47 mins to get to the counter and even then, something their robo call said was ready, still took me another 17 mins. Just about all the patrons could be heard engaging with them about access to either the proper pricing or item. I don't get it. I had a scheduled colonoscopy. My Dr office called in the solution on Monday. They told me it would be ready Thursday at 8 AM. I go to pick it 8 PM, just to be sure. Not only is it not ready, they're then communicating that I have to wait for it. 40 mins later is when I received it. Honestly, at some point we have to be more demanding about the businesses operate in our neighborhoods. This is ridiculous! Personally, they'll never get the pleasure of my business moving forward. As far as I'm concerned, we can close it and bring another merchant. Absolute trash.

There's a cute little store at the airport. Sure enough they had one for $5. That's probably what I would've paid anyway, so I didn't feel like the price was jacked up. They have a lot of great bath and beauty products that are great for travel....or just to have around. It's also a good place to kill time before your flight.

She went in to buy some hair dye and was carrying a small plastic bag with her. While trying to send a quick picture of the product to her mom, an employee aggressively approached her, snatched the dye and her bag from her hand, and accused her of doing something wrong -- without any explanation. The employee claimed that customers aren't allowed to bring bags in, even though there were no clear signs stating that rule and no one said anything when she walked in. On top of that, my friend was wrongly accused of opening a box, even though she clearly explained she just moved an already opened one to the side to grab a fresh product. She even offered to have them check the cameras to prove it. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the employee continued to treat her disrespectfully, making rude comments loud enough for her to hear. My friend felt humiliated and disrespected. She still made her purchase but was so upset by the experience that she cried when she got home. No customer deserves to be treated this way. The management at this location seriously needs to retrain their staff on how to treat people with basic respect and professionalism. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. Disgusting. The woman who disrespected and profiled her was a coolie woman with glasses.

I highly despise the Ozone Park's location business name "On Point" and their logo is stupid. The staff is very welcoming and assisting in this Howard Beach location. This location sits on Cross Bay Boulevard, a major boulevard in Queens and very accessible via MTA NYC Transit buses Q52 SBS, Q53 SBS, Q22, Q35 and how I miss the now discontinued Q21 bus. I bought my fifth sunglasses as all others broke. Every summer my sunglasses break as I throw them in my bag when indoors, but I need eye protection from summer's blazing sun. The staff kindly with careful attention removed the tag on the sunglasses as I immediately wore it upon exiting. This Howard Beach location is significantly larger than the Ozone Park.

I decided to either throw it away or return it. Same with the makeup, it was a covergirl lipgloss that was stay in the shelf since the early 2000s and it cost me $3, Like why this pharmacy kept these cosmetics that was from 20+ years? No one wants to buy expired makeup and shampoo! The interior of the pharmacy looks like your time traveling to the 90s and 2000s: Beige shelves, white fluorescent lights, white office ceiling, white vinyl floors, and the 90s style aisle signage. All that except the weight scale that you have to insert 25 cents which tells your weight and your fortune and a sticker vending machine. The staff there are very friendly and helpful for my purchase (that's why I add two stars) but overall don't go to this pharmacy, they sell expired makeup and expired hair products and I don't dare to buy food and medicine in that rundown pharmacy!

This was my childhood pharmacy. I recently moved to Brooklyn and still used them as my pharmacy and…read morewould pick up medication when I was visiting my family. A doctor prescribed me a medication and an antibiotic in July. I was able to pick up the antibiotic just fine but there was a back order for the other medication until 22. I came back few days after 22 planning to pick up the medication. There still none available I came back Aug 12 I believe and I'm told that it will take a few hours I ask if it's okay if I come a few days after they said that should be fine. This part is important. It is now AUGUST 16th. I went to the pharmacy and they are now telling me that MY doctor had cancelled it on August 5. So someone let me know how the pharmacy went from being a few hours to fulfill my medication to now my doctor cancelling it on Aug 5th. The pharmacist now comes out and she is looking as well. At first she says she couldn't find me in the system, then the story switches to well there's a backup you have to ask your doctor for a new prescription So my medication is: 1) been cancelled by my doctor 2) is in a perpetual state of being in back order 3) not even in the system to begin with Either way a month of waiting for the medication now wasted. Not to mention there had apparently been another medication that my doctor informed me about that I had been prescribed and just never received. They desperately need to reorganize that whole system.
