I wish 0 stars was an option. Josh S came over to complete some lawn work while we were on vacation. Everything was set up for him and the team in advance, but we came back to a worse lawn than before. So infuriating. We observed the team on our ring camera, the crew messing about and not treating our property with respect. We came back to tracked soil across our driveway, dust and leaves up against the side of the house (just blown there and not swept) and we quoted to remove a tree stump. They literally cut it to ground level and raked a pile of old leaves over it. Do you think we wouldn't notice? Our family felt taken advantage of because we were not present when the work was carried out but we would never use them again. read more
