Adrienne cleaned my teeth with gentle care and was a delight and great at her job. Sherry was able to get me in that afternoon to get that baby tooth extracted. Dr Reid was friendly and had a gentle hand with the extraction and explained all of my options. Hannah assisted Dr Reid and was amazing! Great team! I highly recommend and will definitely be back. Being in a new state it's great to know I now have a excellent team to take care of my dental needs!

Dr. Reid and staff are great! I had a composite filling break that another dentist had inserted 1.5 years ago and was panicked. Dr. Reid saw me within a few hours and had me all fixed up within a few hours. It was painless. The office and John included were personable. I love this dentist practice! The hygienist came in smelling of strong cigarettes smell . Ground on my teeth for about 3 minutes rinsed with water sent me on my way. No cleaning in between with the dental pick tool, no polishing, no flossing. my teeth feel grimier than before I went in. From the front office to the back I was treated with kindness. Dr Diamond was so very kind to me and I wasn't judged over the shape of my teeth . I have dental anxiety and explained it and he made me feel safe there. I needed a wisdom Tooth removed and another tooth and he removed them both for me when no one else would . He kept asking if I was ok and he was gentle and caring . Most of all he didn't rush and he actually cared about my high level of dental anxiety . He didn't make me feel ashamed of my teeth either . Instead he gave me hope and treated me like I'm actually somebody. This was my first visit here and will be my go to dentist from now on. Payment info and plans are made before any work Is done so you know what to expect . The service here was outstanding. While extracting my teeth he made sure I was numb and not feeling any pain. He told jokes and kept me focused on his funny jokes and not the serious dental work and tools haha. Is assistant was kind and caring toward me as well. And also I have Medicaid and I was treated like anyone else with respect and kindness. So please don't listen to the bad reviews and go see them for yourself and you'll see this is an amazing dentist office to visit. They make you feel safe welcomed and cared for . She is always so kind and upbeat. Very rarely do I ever see her without a smile on her face. I have seen 3 different techs: Tristan, Laurie & Angie. Every single one of them have been kind, amazing, thorough and professional. I have gotten to know them and they have always made me feel welcome and like family. Tiffany, one of the checkout gals, has also been very nice and kind. She has always been willing to help out me and my husbands billing issues or just general questions. Dr Thompson has been my Dentist throughout this time as well. He has seen me through removing my wisdom teeth, cavities, Invisalign, whitening my teeth and just overall teeth health. I recommend him as a great Dentist. Their facilities are always clean, including their bathroom. Take 2# Unfortunately after 35 years of relationship I had to find a new dentist due to one dentist not handling a failed tooth filling by his assistant respectfully. She dropped a tool in my mouth twice, while I was totally numb and could not feel anything except getting startled each time. After numbness was gone after few hours I noticed my upper and lower teeth were hitting each other very hard, could not eat, or speak properly. Went back after calling the front desk in a few days. Dentist came in the room agitated and without apologizing said what is it. I told him about the issue and he said well you should have told us that day before leaving the office told him you numbed my mouth and I was swelling with no feeling in my mouth. After some adjustments he fixed it. Told him his not known assistant "she never introduced herself to me,"did the failed job since he left shortly after numbing and removing old fillings on the original visit. I told him mistakes happens so best is to accept and fix the problem as I do every day in my own job. He said she is my longtime assistant and she doesn't make any mistakes. He should have apologized and fix the problem instead of defending someone that I had never met for 35 years as his assistant. The End
