These people will not be upfront with their car. we purchased a vehicle with the tire pressure light on, told it was just low air. There was a nail in the tire and the dealership was unwilling to fix after purchase. Not only this, rattling in the engine when the AC is on. This was covered up in purchase with the radio. also- told nothing we can do. I wish I would've read reviews on this place. They claim to be a 5 star place but do not act like it. 5 stars would fix their repairs warranty or not like a decent human being and not sell to a young family a car that needs to go right back to the shop. I have tried bringing the car back as it seems to be a lemon? And the dealership has offered $8 lower than purchase price. read more

This dealership will sell you a car that has a myriad of problems and will not disclose any of them to you. Even if you have it in writing that they will pay to fix the car, they won't and will blow you off every time you call and bring it to their attention. Don't trust a word they say. Writing this post for my mom! Most crooked car lot here in Ky with some of the worst running vehicles. You see someone give a good review?? Most people are happy with their purchase as soon as it happens and are told "go leave us a review!" after having a good salesman and a good buying experience. People go leave good reviews, then never go back to correct their reviews on how the vehicle actually turned out for them after having it a month and having to deal with the rudeness of everyone there, especially their "manager/owner?" I bought a 2017 FJ Cruiser from this business, Georgetown Auto Sales. It was used but looked nice. I was unable to get under the vehicle to check the frame, however I did ask about rust. I was assured there was a "little rust, but nothing to worry about". After the purchase and trusting them.... I found out the frames was terribly rusted and about to break into!!!!! I took it to three different businesses to see if anything could be done!!! All three said the car was extremely UNSAFE to drive, the frame could break into!! I called the manage three times trying to get help!! He said, "There's nothing we can do." This business is terrible!!!!!! I'm out over $20,000! Stay away for your own benefit!!!! read more

The absolute worst customer service and communication from any business I've ever experienced In my life. They WILL sell you a lemon so do yourself a favor save your time, money , and sanity and go elsewhere. They'll ruin your credit because they can't do their jobs and have fired all of their previous staff, and the rest have quit. They have no sense of communication and will refuse to service your vehicle even when you have purchased their extended warranty. Not to mention the run around we've been given while they've had our vehicle for two weeks leaving us scrambling to get to work as well. This has been an ongoing nightmare for 5 months. I would not buy a car from this dealership. They will tell you what you want to hear to buy a car with an over inflated warranty. The salesman Todd didn't even go over the car with me. He just tossed me the keys. When I got back from my test drive Todd (salesman) was smoking on the side of the building. He was in no hurry to assist me and treated me like I was bothering him until another person came around. He obviously didn't go on the test drive. Have a nice selection of clean cars. However if you are new to the process of buying a car, especially if you are young, beware of this dealership. They have no problem lying about such things as that banks offer lower interest rates if you buy their extremely over priced used car warranty. They will also talk over you and quote you lower prices than what they actually end up charging you. Be sure to look over your sales contract to make sure it is the same as your verbal agreements.
