Zak (the owner) is very professional, on-time, very responsive through SMS/Phone calls/Emails and pleasant to deal with. The cars that Zak uses are very clean and run very well. At times when he isn't able to pick me up himself, he promptly arranges for a substitute who is as professional as he is. I know there are alternatives out there which are big companies running large fleets but they all lack the personal service the Zak brings through his company. We need to encourage such small businesses so they can flourish and make a mark on the local economy. I highly recommend Zak and his team at Promenade Limousine.

Elite Green Transportation is an increasingly rare &…read moreextraordinarily special breed of family business...from the first moment of contact, owners Sunni, Debbi, & Raef provide luxury service with a truly personal touch. We were totally blown away at every turn. After researching transportation from San Diego to a Rose Bowl concert for our college-aged daughters & pals (none of which seemed economical, straightforward or safe), we were planning to rent a large SUV & driving the group ourselves. Thankfully, on a reality check whim I reached out to EGT. Within minutes, a thorough response & super-reasonable flat rate estimate came back. Along with their compelling pricing, the direct, articulate & thoughtful communication that ensued made it clear EGT was no typical operation. They responded quickly, were very knowledgeable about Rose Bowl logistics/timing, & engaged in a way that was both incredibly professional yet also warm & familial. This all created a sense of safety & peace of mind; from the get-go we could tell our crew would be taken care of with utmost professionalism, kindness & care. And this definitely proved to be the case. What an amazingly easy & positive process! Leading up to and on the day of, all communication was consistent, seamless & efficient with timely updates. Debbi arrived early in a super-clean Cadillac Escalade IQ-L & from all reports, knew everything about the navigating the venue. EGT even purchased a Rose Bowl preferred parking pass so drop-off & pick-up went as smoothly/quickly as possible. They did everything they could to make this trip more comfortable & meaningful every step of the way; as a result, the night (my daughter's 21st bday ;) exceeded any/all expectations. We could not be more happy with or impressed by our experience, nor could we recommend EGT more highly. Moving forward, Sunni, Debbi & Raef will be our first call for any/all airport, etc. transportation needs & our #1 referral to everyone.
