I was on the verge of a full on melt down when I decided to try one more garage before calling a tow truck. Luckily the next one I found on the map was Bill's garage. Brandon was incredibly helpful and professional and asked me to stop by so he could have a look. When I arrived Brandon came right out and ran diagnostics a few times and drive it around a bit to assess the situation. He felt like it was ok to drive it back which was a huge relief. Place is deceiving - has a narrow-ish face, but goes WAY back; I did a walk around. Neat everywhere inside and out. This is the way an independent garage should be, and their appointment book shows a very high level of customer satisfaction.
