Her staff, ranging from the front desk to the physician assistants, tries their best and is the only saving grace for her practice, which is conveniently located across from Walt Whitman mall. They are friendly, diligent, and do try their best while staying calm, collected, and professional unlike the doctor herself, who seems passive aggressive. Given the poor reviews and experience, I don't recommend her practice unless you want to go through the pain of feeling this distress yourself.

There were four of these Pro Park employees trying to park patient cars in the center lot instead of their own empty side lots. Center parking lot is for self park patients. This behavior forces patients to use their service since they have parking availability on the three side lots at this location only for valet parking. The Pro Park employee I spoke to was quite rude. Apparently patients are expected to drive around in circles waiting for a self park patient that is leaving the building. Then have to deal with these pro park employees creating a no parking availability situation to benefit their business of valet parking. I filed a complaint with the building administrator, and informed them I canceled all my future patient appointments at this location effective immediately and would be seeing my Doctors at a different physical location , or virtual visit since I could not self park my truck. Administrator informed me they were aware of the parking difficulties patients were experiencing, and there was eight additional parking spaces reserved for NYU in the post office parking lot next door.
