I came here to get follow up treatment for an ear infection that was diagnosed by an urgent care…read morephysician. The medication that the physician had prescribed aggravated my symptoms. Dr. Meslemani (Dr. M) of ENT and Allergy Associates reviewed my symptoms on the intake form and listened to me attentively. After examining my ear, he explained to me that I developed an allergy to the previous medication, and then he prescribed another medication that completely eradicated my infection. Dr. M is outgoing, friendly, and highly trained. His medical assistant Angela is skilled and knowledgeable. I scheduled an appointment by phone but checked in online. The practice's web portal is efficient and easy to use. There are many locations throughout the Island, so I usually can see a physician within 24 hours notice. The office space is clean and modernly designed. If you are in need of an outstanding ENT doc, I strongly suggest you to book an appointment with Dr. Meslemani.

I run a dental practice and because I book appts appropriately the wait, if any, is never more than 10 or 12 minutes. They might be jamming people in on the doctors orders but either way it's not right, my time is just as valuable as his. I went in for a simple outer ear infection. The drops he gave me were very costly, so I called to ask for something different. I did not get a call back and had to call 2 more times before I could get a new Rx. Definitely not going back. BTW I am not from San Francisco as it shows I am from Plainview.

She could tell that I hadn't been taking care of myself. She pushed me a bit, to get a Mammogram, and then some additional testing. Very early Breast Cancer was discovered. I would verify her qualifications given her website promotes all sorts cosmetic services and awards that I can't imagine how she received after seeing how she runs her practice as well as treats new and existing patients. Her staff, ranging from the front desk to the physician assistants, tries their best and is the only saving grace for her practice, which is conveniently located across from Walt Whitman mall. They are friendly, diligent, and do try their best while staying calm, collected, and professional unlike the doctor herself, who seems passive aggressive. Given the poor reviews and experience, I don't recommend her practice unless you want to go through the pain of feeling this distress yourself.
