Poison ivy, invasive plants, uneven ground, and a yard built into a hill - all my nightmares I definitely was not going to be able to take care of myself. He came out quickly to take a look and gave me a quote at an amazing price considering all the gear I'd have to buy to even begin to think about doing it myself and never mind the time involved. He made sure I understood that he doesn't haul the yard waste away, but will bag it up for pickup with your regular service. We agreed to have him come out the day before my yard pickup so nothing would sit rotting for long. He arrived in the morning and worked hard until the heavy rain forced him to call it a day, but he was back the next morning to finish up and even re-bag the ones that got wet the previous day so the garbage pickup takes them. My husband and I are actually amazed at how much space the yard has now that it doesn't look like a jungle, and that Magaiver did this all himself. The yard is all cleared out for winter and will be much easier to work with come spring. Magaiver was on-time, polite, efficient, and a hard worker for sure. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again or recommend him for cleanup!

We hired Jerry from Rhudd's Landscape to complete the crushed stone foundation for a 10x14' reeds…read moreferry shed and we are entirely satisfied with the work performed. I used yelp to send out the job request to a dozen landscapers in the Boston area and we ended up having 6 come to the property to provide estimates. Jerry's estimate was 25% less than any of the other companies, including the big name ("& sons") in Milton. Jerry provided the estimate within 24 hours (unlike half the landscapers who provided estimates, who took as long as 2 weeks to submit) and also was able to work us in to their schedule much much earlier than I expected based on conversations with other landscapers. The team appeared to be using top of the line equipment and were amazingly professional throughout their time on the job. Fantastic work and 100% I have already begun recommending their work to my neighbors, so I'm looking forward to seeing Rhudd's back on the street soon I hope.

I used Andrade Tree Service in 2025 for tree removal and pruning. The basic tree cutting and…read morepruning was fine, though it required heavy oversight on my part and multiple follow-up visits to get the root removal completed correctly due to communication issues between the owner and the on-site crew. I was forced into the position of being the site supervisor despite a language barrier with the crew and having to repeatedly follow up to get the work done as agreed, and a section of my wood fence had to be taken down multiple times, causing wear and tear. Because they got the job done at a reasonable price, I tried giving them another chance this year and requested an estimate. Santiago came out to the house for a walk-through, and I followed up by email with a detailed scope of work for a yard project that needed old soil, a concrete block, tree roots, and shredded tires removed and replaced with new topsoil. They never provided the price estimate. I sent several follow-up emails over a months time, including a final direct request a few days ago asking if they were interested in the project. I have been completely ghosted and received zero response. If you need straightforward tree removal and pruning, they can do the job, but you may have to micro-manage the work if the job requires things done a specific way or custom instructions (in my case, roots removed to a specific agreed upon depth). Reliable communication and professional on-site project management were lacking and made the experience more stressful than necessary. For all my future tree removal and pruning needs, I will be using locally based McKinney Brothers Tree Service instead. Their pricing is just as competitive, and their superior communication makes them the better option.
