WOW!!!!!!!! That would be the best word to start my review. My utterly AMAZEBALLS experience with…read moreHeartWise started in the zoom consultation with Brian. I was going through the roughest year of my life battling anxiety, and I was at my wits end. Oh, and I had fought this battle a number of times in the past with a number of different Dr's and medications. This time was different though. I was under a considerable amount of stress, and the anxiety was so bad that it would not allow me to even think about taking any medication this time. I was scared. Constantly waking in panic. Heart palpitations. Waking with my heart racing and a trip to the ER. I was stuck in a loop that was robbing me of joy. So, I needed an alternative and I needed it quick!!! Skeptical, I reached out to Heartwise one Sunday. Brian got back to me within an hour, and we had the consultation that night. Quick right? On a Sunday no less! With all the right questions asked, I could tell he and his organization understood exactly what I was experiencing and were about getting to the heart of a client's issue in order to help that individual understand what was driving the patterns of anxiety. Rather than mask them with medication. So, we set my first appointment. Still skeptical and hella anxious, I went to my first appointment with Joseph. Heartwise has a team of brilliant people. Brian uses the consultation to see who's a better fit for your needs. Mine was Joseph. Once again, Holy S***T!!!!!!! Right away I got a sense this was a different kind of therapy. It wasn't rigid and one sided as with psychiatrists. Joseph not only orchestrated a deep understanding for the human condition, but he listed to me. As I did him. We even talked openly about issues that didn't even concern anxiety. To get a great feeling on a first visit is rare. But I excepted it and came back. 1 - down. 2 - Life's a bit better/easier. 3 - sleeping through the night with a greater understanding of myself and my struggles. 4 - issue found/No more daily panic attacks/still there but I own them. 5 - Was able to drive out of state. Huge milestone. 6 - A deep understanding for the process/ toolbox filled. Thank you Joseph. You have given me the tools and understanding to except this and move past it. Words cannot express my gratitude. I will be going back for tune ups from time to time but this works. I finished my sessions with Joesph in early January and the time since has been great. I have my life back. I went from being at a 10 to being at a 1. If you don't believe me, try it for yourself. But its no problem crushing you over not returning a few emails, or saying you will return a call and spacing it in 2021!!! Hilarious they took the time to write that bad review then, well working from home and frustrated with no dog to kick I suppose yelp makes sense.. But following a prolonged forced lockdown, a deadly pandemic, at height of vaccine tensions, and a nation adjusting to a new dystopian reality trying not to strangle each other in lines. Yea I think I stopped reading emails more than once a month a year before that. lol. All reasons I highly recommend therapy to people because having an objective third person in the room listening to your narratives and observing your affect can be tremendously helpful to everyone. An experienced therapist can help you navigate through your blind spots, misperception, bad habits, and help you edit a poorly chosen personal narrative or even a nasty internal dialogue. So I would highly recommend making an appointment. My only suggestion would be to simplify what you do for marketing a bit. Not sure what these all mean and clearly a lot of overlaps. And Master NLP Practitioner? That could mean a lot of things and some problematic. Also you need to add more of you with some photos, pet pics, and personal choices. Never got better advice than be yourself, it has a power to resonate that is magic and authentic. Of course nobody tells you that later your eventual goal is to have a disastrous website that nobody reads and barely works because your practice is way past full. Cheers
