But following a prolonged forced lockdown, a deadly pandemic, at height of vaccine tensions, and a nation adjusting to a new dystopian reality trying not to strangle each other in lines. Yea I think I stopped reading emails more than once a month a year before that. lol. All reasons I highly recommend therapy to people because having an objective third person in the room listening to your narratives and observing your affect can be tremendously helpful to everyone. An experienced therapist can help you navigate through your blind spots, misperception, bad habits, and help you edit a poorly chosen personal narrative or even a nasty internal dialogue. So I would highly recommend making an appointment. My only suggestion would be to simplify what you do for marketing a bit. Not sure what these all mean and clearly a lot of overlaps. And Master NLP Practitioner? That could mean a lot of things and some problematic. Also you need to add more of you with some photos, pet pics, and personal choices. Never got better advice than be yourself, it has a power to resonate that is magic and authentic. Brent Fletcher took over a month to respond to my outreach, and in one phone call told me: insurance was taking money out of his pocket, he was probably getting rid of it, and "stories" like mine-a mother, seeking mental health support for her child-are the reason he has "neglected his own personal and mental health for 25 years." Do not look at the reivews below and believe this is a doctor seeking to help children-this is a doctor who, despite his website proudly stating he takes insurance, has no interest in helping new patients. At a minimum I'm owed an apology, but I don't believe I'll get one from him seeing as I was such a drain on his time. Do not go to this man for help.
