There are other offices in this building as well. There is a parking lot in front of the building, but I didn't see any reserved spots for Eyediology Vision. Instead, I parked on one of the side streets. We were welcomed by friendly staff during check-in. There is an area with water, soda, and coffee for patients. The office is very modern, clean, and organized. The technician did some tests and then I met Dr. Kriti Bhagat. Dr. Bhagat is the owner and founder of Eyediology Vision. She was very professional and friendly. My husband purchased glasses with Eyediology Vision and the staff were very helpful in the process. They really care about you feeling comfortable with the glasses. I am looking forward to my next annual visit with Dr. Kriti Bhagat.

She thought there was an issue, so the office set me up with Dr. Kriti Bhagat, OD, FAAO. Eyediology Vision is only about 8 months old, and on the East Side in the Bliss building. It is difficult to park; there are only 2 spaces in the parking lot for visitors. There is on street parking if you get lucky enough to find a spot, or a pay lot not far from the building. The office itself is gorgeous! Black and white finishes, and the equipment is state of the art. The staff were very personable and friendly. Dr. Bhagat is just as friendly, took her time with me, and explained everything she was doing in layman terms, and that made my visit a great one. She specializes in my type of lenses- the reason I am grateful my doctor referred me here. If you are looking for an eye doctor, this new office is the place to try!

However, this was billed as a "diagnostic" exam since the provider "found" dry-eye syndrome, something I never complained of or has trouble with. Result: $30 co-pay -A prescription for glasses or contact: An additional $60 -A "contact lens fitting assessment" (considered to be 'cosmetic') even though this has not changed in year. Result $70 Total Bill for an routine eye exam: $160 Be VERY skeptical of this place. Their billing is done by another company - and often payments are not attached to your account properly. If you are lucky to have a doctor that can see you in Barrington, SK or Fall River, make the drive. Their staff are not rude like they are in providence. Be prepared to sit on hold to get a message to your doctor, or to be disconnected when someone finaly pick up. It is sad this is how things are run now, but do have faith that your doctors and their team of medical proefessionals that work with them will go above and beyond for your care. The staff are all friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions and concerns throughout the entire process. I knew exactly what to expect going in and coming out of surgery thanks to them, and the surgery itself only took about 10 minutes. I've had fillings that were way worse! 0 pain or discomfort. I'd describe the surgery itself like a slightly more complex eye exam. I opted to go with lasik over PRK, after talking with Dr. Rose (who is absolutely outstanding) and I was seeing clearly just a few hours later! Never once did I feel pressured or under informed. I couldn't recommend these folks enough! I struggled with vision since the 5th grade, and for the first time in my life I can just wake up and see!!!
