Dr. Jared is a great dentist who cares about quality of service more than any other details.

I had a root canal done because of a toothache, from start to finish it was a professional job. Dr. Jared is a great dentist.

Oh no! Never, never, never again! I gave this dentist a 2nd chance' to win my business today. Rude,…read moretoo 'old' to be using sharp tools in people's mouths... This was THE worst dental experiences I have EVER had and my entire mouth has had more dental work than one can imagine... I have a couple of medical conditions that make laying flat on my back or having my head lower than my body that make swallowing very difficult for me. I explained this and was basically told 'he couldn't do his job' if I couldn't be flat! MANY dentists over the years have easily accommodated this issue... While waiting to be seen for my excruciating toothache, I could hear him in the next room telling the patient that he was making his job difficult for him because he wasn't 'cooperating.' He did a cleaning when he came to me (which is NOT what I was there for at all...), never discussed my tooth pain with me, didn't share/discuss results of the X-rays, sighed heavily and rolled his eyes the 3rd time I had to signal that I needed to put my head up to try to swallow, and sent me the office for my 'treatment plan.' There, I was told I needed a root canal and post-crown! Hello?!?! He never even told me what was wrong or even examined my tooth! I returned to work and discussed this ridiculous, useless visit with coworkers who, coincidentally, had experience with this dentist and both said he was 'horrible' and they never returned.... One coworker said he had told her (after sighing and eye-rolling) that he could just cover her son's mouth with his hand to 'shut him up' when he was crying and scared as a 7- year old.... Needless to say, I do not trust the 'results' and cancelled any upcoming root canal work with them... HORRIBLE.... I am a senior citizen and understand professionals who want to keep working but.... ‍ I would give ZERO stars ( or negative stars) if that were an option...

The dental hygienist were also great. The dentist office had newer equipment and I sincerely enjoyed going to the dental office. However, as time passed I went in and a different dentist would attend me without explanation. Going to the dentist is already an unpleasant thing, and having a doctor I was unfamiliar with attend me without notice was something I didn't like. He seemed to get frustrated on one occasion when a crown would not sit properly in my mouth. They had to do another 3 d scan and remake it. I don't remember his name anymore, but I do remember feeling a bit uneasy in his care. At first I would get reminders and as time went on I began to have issues with my appointment not being scheduled properly. I would have to call to set up appointments because the staff failed to make them. The last straw for me was when I went in because of grinding my teeth and I was just rushed over to go see a specialist across the hall. I felt i was expected to understand the dental process, when I didn't, and I felt like staff was upset that I didn't want to make a decision when I didn't understand the process. I ended up changing dentist after that experience. The new dentist I went to explained it to me in a way I could understand. Now I wear a night retainer to alleviate some of the pressure on my teeth.

I am fortunate that Singing Hills Dentistry is not far from where I live. I was having issues with…read morean upper molar and Dr. Jamma realized that I needed a root canal, because of a crack, after looking at the x-rays and testing the molar. She referred me to a local "Endo" who performed the root canal, but I not only returned to Singing Hills Dentistry for the new crown, but for a second on the adjacent tooth and come cavity work on one of my wisdom teeth. I was very impressed with Dr. Jamma and her staff at this dentistry. Everyone was very polite, had very good senses of humor, and were compassionate. Christina at the front desk was not only friendly, but also very thorough in explaining what my insurance covered and what I had to pay out of pocket. In other words, there were no surprises. Thank you Christina. Dr. Jamma was clear on what needed to be done to fix what needed to be fixed, she gave me options, and as the work was being completed, she not only took the time to explain what she was doing, she continuously asked if I was okay and if I felt any pain. That was very nice of her. Thank you! Gloria and Carla are Dr. Jamma's assistance and they are great. Gloria prepped the areas for Dr. Jamma. She was very friendly and gentle as much as one can be, in the line of work she is in. Carla, was tasked with removing the temporary crowns and setting the new ones. She was phenomenal with her job. She kept at it, until the permanent crowns were set comfortably in my mouth and did interfere with other teeth. I even stated to her that I liked the way she was a "perfectionist" in setting those crowns. She, too was very nice and friendly. Well done Carla. I also had the opportunity to get to know Debbie, the dental hygienist, who cleaned my teeth on my first visit. She was amiable and full of great advice regarding teeth cleaning. The office offers a nice waiting room with filtered water. I like the flat screens they have in the rooms with relaxing images and videos. I will be returning in about a month for further work and most likely another crown on a tooth that has a large chip. More to come.
