Be very careful using this dentist. I'm 83 and tried to get my deposit back because my insurance paid 100%. I was told, by the dentists rep., that my deposit of $2000. was my portion of the bill because of the upgraded material used in my bridge. I called my insurance carrier, who called the dentist on my behalf. Thanks to my insurance rep. I was given a check for the full amount. I know that if I hadn't said anything that I would not have gotten the money returned, so be very careful. read more

If there is a zero that's I will choose. I got screwed of the services at this office, start by not telling me there's work need to be done. I thought they were a reliable Dentist place so I decided to check it out since it was sent to me by new insurance ( Medical). I came to check if there were accepting medical and Medicare and the front desk person said, we are accepting all kind of insurance, so I said "ok good" and I said would like to have an appointment for consultation. I show up for I thought consultations and yes Dr Jared ordered x-ray and after that dentist assistant checking my tooth, while Dr Jared writing down what the assistant saying, when he is done Dr Jared said we are going to do the cleanning at the same time I mentioned to him about the partial that I am having issues and painful, I would like to have a new set of partial since it's 8 years old. When I stop at front desk, she told me what Dr Jared works need to get done before the new partial can replace. The front desk told me and the amount I have to pay for the services and procedure. it's expensive to me and she followed it up by saying they accept credit that I can pay monthly without interest added for 2 years. While Dr Jared at his office behind me saying we can have it done here by her checking your credit score. To make the story short, I end up using my credit card. The front desk did not handle or give me a copy of the list of work or services , she ask my credit card by saying so we have something in there records. and charge the credit cards for the work, procedure. August 28, appointment for decay removal then August 29 removal of 2 crown and replacing them for the propose of getting to right fit for the new partial. ISSUE arise after the Dentist assistant and another Dr (Navel) is his name, done with the procedure, then they told me I can not have my partial back, because they need to send it to the lab. I said this should let me know how this procedure going to be, because I have others engagement and schedule in the following days and I can not attend to those engagements without my front partial. The Dentist Assistant is aggressively saying that she already told me that they can not give me my partial back that it's going to the lab and they do not know when it's going to be done that I just need to wait. I responded to her trying to calm down answering her by NO, you told me after the procedure is done not before or else I will reschedule it. so she said Thursday in the morning, I said in the morning because I have an important appointment at 1 pm. and she said she will let me know. on my way home Dr Jared phone me by saying that can be ready Thursday maybe 1 o' clock, and I asked if possible it can be done 12 o' clock's because of my other engagement, and DR said okay! Wednesday I called the office to make sure the time for installation of the 2 new crown on Thursday,the front desk said we are on lunch at 12 o' clock, i said ok so what time do I have to be there , her not knowing, I have made arrangements to my others commitments. I just want to make sure the 2 new crowns and ready to be installed with the partial. and she said 1 o' clock. That's was August 29 Tuesday, Thursday I show up 10 minutes before 1. The Dentist assistant said here is your original partial, we have your 2 new crowns but nobody will installs it for you, you have to come back and she give appointment. which for another whole weeks September 7. I am exhausted to what is going on, not being treated right with kindness, instead rudeness, poor and bad behavior, with this person, so I asked for the manager and her res is why do you want to talked to the manager! I said I need to address the situatio, and this Dentist assistant that I been dealing with said, she is the manager and that I have to talked to.. so, she bring me to the back, and discuss the mis- communication between the staff and Doctor. Then I ask her I am considering to cancel the dental service, since she told me at the phone I can cancel it if I want to. she said if U cancel I have to pay for the service that is been done, which as far as I knew is the removal of the filling( which is by the way there is a crown on that tooth and I been suffering pain for 2 day and then tonight September 3rd when I am about to go to bed, getting ready to brush my teeth, removed my upper partial the crown on the tooth came off.) and she said out of $3500 minus the the works that is been done $2420 removal of the filling and the 2 crown, not including the replacement, so that gives me a refund of $ 1080 that so expensive for the 1 decay and 2 crown without the new crown and the upper and lower partials. so I said no! She won't consider anything except that I have to pay for the service with or without the 2 crowns and the partials. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST PLACE . read more

Writing down another review. Thankfully, I have an amazing insurance company who is willing to fight the good fight with me. I was overcharged a total of 2 services by $418.80. The fact that I found this out myself by looking at my dental claims is sad. This place would not refund me if I hadn't gone through this trouble and headache. I even asked for a refund and they refused. Filed grievance forms and now awaiting to hear back and receive my money. This place is known for overcharging individuals and insurance companies. They are thieves. Don't come here. Service wasn't even that great. read more

do not go to this office; 1. they stold my cash paymentof $1400+, said i was paid in full 2. then sent sent me a bill for $1700 3 billed the wrong insurance, not once, but twice even after the correct info was given to them 3x by me & 4x by my insurance 4. now they won't answer the calls from my insurance & if they do, they take a message & never call back! 5. they replaced my veneer with a crown because they couldnt get my veneer to stay on. (after i've had it on for at least 15 years), the crown they put on to replace my veneer shows metal through the front of the tooth. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They are extremely disorganized, front desk is VERY RUDE, I had to ask (Marilyn?) to please lower her voice because she was practically screaming at me when I was asking for a clarification on something. She then simply hung up on me. If you can find yourself a different place to get work done on your teeth definitely do that. It's a shame because Dr. Jared seems like a good dentist, his staff is just all over the place, disorganized and rude. How are they disorganized you may ask? Went in to get my gums deep cleaned (They only work on one side of your mouth at a time) First time went well, second time they ended up cleaning my teeth and not my gums. Like how does that even happen? I hade to bring it to their attention. Then they made notes on the wrong tooth that needed a crown, since their notes were wrong they only worked on one tooth and made me come back a second time to get the second one done. Initially both were going to get worked on at the same time. Then... my crowns... they did something wrong. When I went in to get my permanent crowns put in they simply were too high, not sure if the impressions were wrong or what happened; either way Dr. Jared was pissed at the crew, he personally worked on my crowns to ensure everything was done correctly, unfortunately for me that meant yet another trip to the dentist fingerers crossed they get it right this time. Find A new front desk staff! incompetent and rude lady couldn't even verify my insurance so she had me do it. Very unprofessional DR. Jared is very nice and can tell he is a very good dentist but when you have staff making comments regarding the Denstist " bedside manner" and I quote " he hasn't always had the best bedside manner " he's always been anal" " covid has just made him worse" maybe if the front desk would focus on their own shortcomings rather than the Dr. they would actually be able to do their job more effectively. instead of Pointing fingers at others " including my former dentist" who they claimed was Not doing what they were supposed to be doing in Reference to my insurance coverage. Great dentist with a lot of potential but desperately in need of a more professional and loyal staff who doesn't make snide comments regarding the man who is paying their paycheck! Anal he may be but regardless he is paying their paycheck! This type of environment is unprofessional and unethical and really makes me feel bad for the Denstist who I can tell trying very hard to manage his office. A staff who had mouths their employer NO self respecting dentist would ever want them two to be running their front desk I know I would if I had the least bit of respect for myself or my practice! unprofessional work environment. bait and switch. paid $5,000 for upper and lower posts and i was given lower post for my dentures. then i go into get the upper posts done and they decided that i did not need them for some reason after i paid them in full (bait and switch plus senior and elder abuse). now i have asked for a refund for $2,500 and they state that they do not owe me anything. filed a complaint with the california dental board as well. i'll post updates as they happen! the doctor is a liar and a crook along with their internal staff especially veronica. be careful and go to another reputable dentist. they are all just garbage and need to be taken to the dump. read more

I'm so afraid of the Dentist, but Dr Jared & Team take such good care of me. I ended up with top Dentures, holy cow what a procedure. Dr Jared paid such close attention to me & my circumstances that he found that I don't bleed. So he could only pull 1or 2 teeth at a time, which left me with an empty mouth. I appreciate him & that decision so much, it saved me so much pain. Completely unprofessional office. I called to see if they had followed up on getting a clearance from my medical doctor for dental care and the person that answered the phone said "I can't help you because I am eating lunch." I had a root canal done because of a toothache, from start to finish it was a professional job. Dr. Jared is a great dentist.

Do not let these people mess up your teeth. I have had cavity work done before at another place so I know how this procedure goes. I got work done here and my bite has never been the same. I went for a cleaning they convinced me I needed a filling and I can no longer eat crunchy foods or snacks without discomfort. I went back to see if they could fix it and they instead tried to convince me to get more work done and that my bite was fine as if they could feel what I was and still am feeling. After 60+ years, I have finally found a dental group that is above all honest, courteous, and very professional. Dr. Evans is my hero. She saved a tooth the last dentist said needed a root canal, or to be pulled. Very patiently, she filled it, and I have had no problems. She saved me hundreds of dollars and lots of pain. Every one of them is so nice, and Dr. Jared did a great job of choosing his staff. KUDOS TO ALL. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to be treated wonderfully, and with tenderness and kindness. She told me what she was doing every step of the way. Nobody could ask for more. The receptionist is Joy, and she could not have been named more aptly. She is a joy and they are all great! read more
