First of all, the ridiculous method that this "company" uses to set up their appointments is only through email or text message... they won't speak with you over the phone, which will mean more in a minute. When they finally arrived, as they were an hour late, the communication issue became clear... they only spoke Portuguese, and take a guess how many languages other than English I speak?... none! We tried to use Google Translate, but to no avail we could only get a few things across. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that this was supposed to be a "Deep Clean." Their cleaning method was worse than what I typically do on a daily basis. When they were done, it looked worse than when they started. --Clean kitchen counters, sink, table, stove top, interior and exterior of microwave, exterior of fridge, oven (range hood and drip pans), and hand wipe exterior of kitchen cabinets... they hardly even touched anything in the kitchen, and barely moved anything to clean under stuff. --Dusting of blinds, window sills, and light fixtures (within arms reach)... they never touched the blinds and we had to go behind them after they left to get all the dust off. --Mopping, vacuuming all rooms, washing of interior windows and sliding glass door (within arms reach)... their vacuum was disgusting and we had to lend them our Dyson to make sure that they did a thorough job. --Interior trash cans emptied and brought to outside trash can... they emptied the trash and left the bags in the middle of our living room!?!?!? We had far greater expectations for this given that it was through Amazon, but clearly you should never take things for granted and assume that just because something is beings backed by a multi-billion dollar conglomerate that it will actually live up to your standards. We called Amazon within minutes of them leaving and managed to negotiate a credit of our $96. And Amazon added $104 for our trouble and disappointment. However, we still need to get the house cleaned!!!! However, the credit is in our Amazon account, and we will still have to use their service to schedule another company, which is now going to be crap shoot at best.

After booking the cleaner for a move-in move out clean, I was told upon their arrival that I would need to pay an up charge for the "construction dust" the cleaner claimed was everywhere since we'd had carpet removed. The carpet removers had already cleaned once, but I agreed to the requested, on the spot, up charge of $100+ on the condition that the Condo be truly and completely clean when it was done. After the first attempt at this services cleaning, the condo might as well not have been touched. Entire rooms had been missed. Shelves had not been cleaned and the cleaner had not even noticed that some of the closets were there. We spoke to the owner, and they agreed to send her back out, She did return and try cleaning again. She did actually go into all the rooms and though there was visible dirt (black in windowsills, old built up dust on the outlets, smudges on the windows, etc.) we did accept this cleaning job because I just wanted this mess to be over. But weeks later and I'm still finding places where she just did not clean. I paid for a move in move out clean WITH an up charge for extra cleaning and got...two days of stress and the old owners crumbs still in the kitchen drawers. Sinks, windowsills, cabinets. I've spent hours scrubbing them all myself. I paid hundreds of dollars and I wholeheartedly regret wasting the money. Please don't repeat my mistake.
