We later heard an employee mention a similar incident happened a couple weeks prior. The employees we spoke to were accommodating and said we would still be seated but the food might come out a tad later since they didn't prepare for us. They mentioned giving a discount for the trouble but that did not happen when the bill came. There was also a $16 admin fee. When we asked our server, she said 'I don't deal with fees' and had no idea what it was for. She then asked someone and was told it was the fee to 'run the card' but I have not come across that high of a fee anywhere else. I probably would have rated this 2 stars instead but the tea was quite good. So I bumped it to 3.
