Cassie answered my emails very timely to ensure the bunches were ordered properly, and they were very clear on what options I had. I chose Lilypots over a slightly less expensive option because the customer service they provided definitely helped mitigate the stress of party planning. Overall, I was very happy with the experience! Picking the flowers up on a Friday afternoon was a bit more difficult due to the many weddings and deliveries they are often juggling, but I totally understand this is a crazy year and weddings are the core of their business! They called me about what time frame I could get my flowers and were very apologetic it varied from their store hours, but I definitely appreciated the open communication and customer service! I used Lilypots for my wedding 9/17/16. Overall, the team was excellent in working with me to create my desired floral arrangements for the attire accents, ceremony, reception and table centerpieces. It was helpful to have images and samples to work with to conceptualize the finished products. It was also really nice to have their input in considering centerpiece details and easily renting from them. The Chuppah turned out perfectly and the more simple design they recommended was a wonderful decision as it allowed the beauty of the venue gardens and fountain to not be overshadowed or too heavy. I must say that the only disappointment I experienced was in the pink flowers as they were definitely not the specific type I had requested-- sweet elegance roses. The ones provided were not even similar to the main floral piece that I had selected, which is my favorite flower. I had used this flower to determine color scheme, decor and accents for the entire wedding. I wish I had known in advance that I would be getting something completely different as I didn't know they weren't able to get the flower we had carefully selected and emailed photographs. Upon inquiry, the team kindly responded that it was not available and that they requested the most similar flower. Had they informed the company they purchase through in advance of my selection, they may have been able to get this information ahead of time, inform me and allow the opportunity for me to consider an alternative. It was disconcerting that I would discover this on my wedding day when handed my bouquet. However, I was pleased that they were able to incorporate family jewelry heirlooms (vintage pins) into the bouquet arrangement. Although the wrong flower detail didn't ruin the day at all and everything else they did was stunning, I couldn't hide my feelings about this as the roses I selected were meaningful to me and were to add a vintage element to the day. Regardless, we sincerely appreciated getting to know the team of kind and creative women. Their insights and care going into the day made it an amazing floral experience! read more
