I have had some bad experiences with other hairdressers cutting my hair too short or not listening to what I wanted, but here I always leave feeling super satisfied with the results. Your receptionist and Kristina were gracious enough to squeeze me in last minute as a walk-in. After showing her a picture of the vibe I was going for, she proceeded with precision and intention, using scissors masterfully where others would've used clippers, point cuts as opposed to shears, but most importantly made the minutes feel feel luxuriously longer, the styling bespoke, and cutated a creatively current cut for a happy man who upon leaving, looked ten years younger on his 50th birthday. 50 is the new 40, and Hawthorn has a new, grateful and loyal client.
