I came to Dr. Orzech with a serious infection and a failed surgery from another place…read more Dr. Orzech not only fixed and cared for the previous failed surgery which was done by another endodontist in another place, yet laid out a plan for the restoration, with multiple options to choose from. After the first surgery last year, which resulted a complete success, no further infection happened. I needed that before my out of country travel which was a lifesaving for me. Dr. Orzech is confident. In my age and experience, when someone talks big or blow her own horn, I would pick it up. She is confident in her talk, in her advice, in her actions. This is what I sensed, and also my gut feeling told me. Not to mentioned that my wife said: it always takes a woman to fix a man's mistake. I sat on the patient chair with an extreme anxiety and worry about my tooth. The cause of that goes back over 20 years, and the latest experience with a wrong endodontist, She took that worry and anxiety, and turned it to a relaxation and comfort with her initial consultation, the surgery, and the end result. I am so grateful for what Dr. Orzech, she/her, done on my dental needs.

REFUSED to let my husband in the room, said it was not a big deal and he didn't need to be in there. Then proceeded to talk about surgery and anesthesia. Called it a preop visit, tried to give me 5 or 6 prescription, one of which was a narcotic, but again didn't need my husband in the room to go over all this. Then when I looked up my visit notes on the portal it was talking about my concern related to a skin lesion, a skin lesion was NEVER discussed.

During that time we didn't feel like we had the kind of care that we were looking for. She needed additional therapy and we chose Family Care Plus Therapy and Wellness, Sachin Desai. I worked with him in his marketing and also knew him as a member of the Burton Chamber of Commerce. He has always told me that he works one on one with each and every one of his patients. I really wanted my mom to have that kind of care. From the first day Sachin told her exactly what to expect and worked with her one on one. He is a very caring person and very thorough. He not only worked on her shoulder he worked with the whole person, reminding her to stand and get her bearings before she takes her first steps, (she has had one knee replacement and will need another in the future). He also would work on her hands, (she has really bad arthritis in them). He worked with her on all of her issues. He was very encouraging, he would say, "Dorothy, I think you can do a few more." She has really improved. I cannot say enough about the wonderful care that we got from Family Care Plus. My mother was very excited when she realized that she could wash under her left arm without using the sponge on the stick. It is the small things in life that we celebrate but this was a big improvement for her. She can now reach over her head without thinking about it. She has come so far. I would recommend Sachin and his staff to anyone who needs to have physical therapy. He is the best. He has a staff of two students but he did all of her therapy one on one. He is located on Center Rd. in Burton just south of Lippincott.
